Every time I think to myself Russ lore can't get any more unhinged or crazy, he out-crazies himself either in the moment or in the past. Three goddamn lawsuits. Idek how many threads he's got here at this point. Three evictions in three years, back to back (to back). What the fuck. I once lived by a tenant who was clearly speedballing every weekend, all around a goddamn nuisance, but paid his rent and didn't piss off the powers that be. He got a soft eviction after almost a decade where they told him the association wasn't renewing his lease, effectively giving him ~3 mos. to vacate. Rusty can't make it a year without landlords telling him they're just not that into him.

Russell truly is a milk machine. There's just no way he can be a real entity.

Maybe Useful_Mistake should watermark any documents he gets in case Greer puts them in as a supplemental authority for the Null case. I guess Greer should technically have access to those, but maybe he lost them like he said he did for all of his other cases.

I'm starting to re-evaluate that assessment of Greer. Given his sense of entitlement, and how much he leans into the ADA, I wonder if he has applied for benefits and been denied?

The idea of nigger-marked screenshots of Greer’s cases being submitted as evidence in Greer’s other cases is a brilliant idea and he should totally do it.

Ignoring for the moment that I don't really like editing court documents I post here; I also don't want to make this unusable if Mr. Hardin has any need of those docs.

EDIT: Thanks to the documents that @Useful Mistake provided, it appears the landlord is Michael R. Schaefer. He took over from J. Michael at around 2007.

The story appears to be wilder than that. Is this John Michael Schaefer? He's almost as litigious as Greer!
From a disciplinary hearing he had:

"Counts I and III were based on Schaefer's conduct during the litigation of several disputes between Schaefer and his condominium association. Schaefer is president of Schaefer, Inc., which owns several condominium units at Wimbledon Tennis Club Condominiums in Southern Nevada. Schaefer lives in one of the units; the others are leased to tenants. He has had several disputes with his neighbors and with the Wimbledon Tennis Club Condominium Association (the "Association"). The record reflects that in 1996 and 1997, these disputes became so pervasive that realtors attempting to market other condominium units were compelled to disclose to potential buyers that a litigious attorney lived there.


The first litigation pertinent to this case was commenced in March 1997. On behalf of Schaefer, Inc., Schaefer filed a complaint against the Association, seeking a permanent injunction that would preserve his voting rights in the Association and confirm his eligibility to run for the Association's governing board. The Association stipulated to this relief, and the court approved the stipulation and ordered each party to bear its own costs. Schaefer was directed to prepare the order. Despite the fact that no costs were awarded, Schaefer included an award of costs to Schaefer, Inc., in the draft order. He then submitted the order to the court for signature, without providing it to opposing counsel for approval despite counsel's request that he do so. The court inadvertently entered the order. When opposing counsel became *196 aware of the order, he asked Schaefer to stipulate to the entry of an amended order deleting the cost award. Schaefer refused, and so opposing counsel was required to file a motion to amend the order, which the court granted."

Huh. So let me synthesize all of this: Greer launches a bunch of suits then gets evicted. It's like he knows he's going to be sanctioned and lose all his disposable income anyhow so he goes and blows it all, with one of the hail Mary's being the one for 200k. And then he'll just fight the eviction for not paying rent in court and see how far he gets because he's a teflon tard and is rarely held to account. Am I getting roughly the right read here, do you think? Like this retard is actively flipping off everyone in his life legally simultaneously.
