Minor crossover with the X communities thread by @Osama Bin Laden, found this person on "shtwt" which is shorthand for self harm Twitter. They claim to be a 14 year old (I think? Can't tell with all these acronyms) FtM and a shotacon, though she's one of the hekkin' good ones since she doesn't repost any shotacon!

I believe she's Malaysian since she posted what appears to be a checkout or bank transfer screen of sorts with "RM", a quick search shows this is shorthand for "Malaysian ringgit".
