Hey look, more IFP fraud!

Hmm, if only Greer had $20K. Surely no one would offer that to him with barely any questions.

I guess we'll see when the court opens but is there really much for Greer to fight on this one? Landlord wants their money, Greer says he's broke. Is he just gonna offer them tree fiddy for the apartment and he'll pay it back when he's a millionaire?

I can't be the only one who saw something like this coming down the pike sooner rather than later.

All the cunnilingus talk ITT was a clear sign that Greee is about to drop some more legal funny at any moment.

Or even just a job? That's the thing about threatening your employer -- there's a very strong chance it'll get you fired.

And when that happens, how you gonna keep up the rent on the Wimbledon Tennis Club Condo you've been living in? It's back to sleeping in your car and driving for DoorDash.

I'll get the docs when the court opens
Checked out the "related case". Turns out there was another eviction that doesn't show up during normal search.

So, to sum up:

I believe we only have the docs of the first one.

This does mean Russ averaged one eviction per year.

Third. One in 2024 (we have the docs). One in 2025 (it was hidden in the system for some reason), and one in 2026 (currently being litigated).

That means that Russ hasn't had a single good year since 2024. How does he fuck up that badly?
Whoa, that's even better. This man can't live on his own.

Don't worry, I'm sure his filings will show it's totally not his fault at all and actually it's those evil discriminating landlords, bias judges, and/or Kiwi Farms, A Website.
Remember when in 2024 he blamed repo men not letting him steal a car as the reason he was evicted?

Well there goes my theory, guess his parents really are done with him.

Based on the dates it looks like he sent the initial $20k shakedown to ViaTron the same day the sheriff got the eviction order which explains a lot.

Why do both cases have In Forma Pauperis applications? Does Nevada charge people for the privilege of being sued?

Huh, so he funds his brothel lawsuits through defrauding any landlord he can trick into a rental by paying probably one month and drawing an eviction out as long as possible. I can see why he is trying to defraud the government and a former employer with another fradulent lawsuit. Bet you he got really fucking high off of that $20k settlement offer on his fraud before bungling it so bad by demanding more.

And like UncleTusky said, do you have to pay for the privilege of defending yourself in Nevada or is the IFP status for evictions specific to protect poor ass niggahs some "you should have left asshole, pay these court fees" punishment?

Hrm...suing Greee solely because he refuses to pay rent?

I detect the hand of his stalker nemesis Matthew Hardin behind this. Only a legal mind so convoluted and devious as Hardin could come up with a plan to sue Greee for not paying rent.

The court's self help center confirms this:

The first eviction was a fun little side quest. We got to hear Perfect Little Angle Baby Who Has Never Done Wrong Russ EXPLAIN about his PLIGHTS and woe that he didn't pay his car repair bill, which lead to the RELENTLESS stalking repo man STEALING his car, which was ultimately the apartment manager's fault because the gate around the lot didn't have a lock, which meant he couldn't doordash to pay his bills, therefore nothing was his fault so just let him stay forever :)

I wonder now if Goofy Greer's fuckery with his address doesn't have anything to do with us after all and is more to try to dodge debit collectors/payday loan collectors/related to his continuous evictions.
