Thanks bud, too bad he has already alienated all his fans. If the sheriff didn't pick him up for his recent antics I doubt he's going to see any time at all.

To be totally fair, it's still destruction of someone else's property, that you specifically targeted because it was from someone you hate, and you wanted to hurt her. So you destroyed it, recorded it, and made sure she saw it. This ain't my first rodeo, cowgirl.

No I'm mad because the court granted me my gibs and he wont gibs me it back and I had to file motions to enforce that he's trying to fight back on instead of just following the order.

I am not lying that he domestically assaulted me in New Orleans. He said to the arresting officers himself that he tossed my phone AT ME. Not to me, AT ME. He threw my very heavy Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra at my ribs and the impact and stress from it caused a nosebleed. He was threatening to toss my phone off the balcony and leave me stranded in New Orleans but I wouldnt let him have my phone back after he threw it at me. He was criminally charged with this crime, and I am not lying.

You are incapable of changing the truth of what has happened, and your attempts to do so, combined with your threats and wishes of me to kill myself are documented and noted as intimidation of a witness to these crimes. You can go fuck yourself you vile cunt.

Appearance notes: Styx was there virtually, he ditched the sunglasses and tricorn hat, his hair appeared unkempt, he had a single glove on.



Drunkenness - Styx spoke very slowly and deliberately, was noticeably slurring, and was holding back burps*. Probably a 7-8 out of 10 drunk.



Nikki was in the background (in a bean bag) head canted towards Styx inaudibly giggling during the beginning of the call.



During the hearing the judge wanted to establish representation for Styx.



Styx explained that his preferred attorney is unable to represent him due to a conflict of interest with this case.

Styx then informed the judge that he cannot afford an attorney.


Styx was questioned by the judge due to his reported income being 7k monthly and family annual income of 132k.


Styx appeared much more uncomfortable for the rest of the hearing.


Styx explained very briefly that he can no longer earn that much and cannot afford representation because viewers "fled my channel".


The judge asked why he didn't update his income with them, Styx told the judge that he wishes to represent himself,

The judge then went over his rights, and the waivers, etc.


Styx will need to file his own motions, but they are free to file.



Styx dropped out of UVM and described his whole job history as "self-employed, and an editor"



This will be Styx's first time representing himself.



Styx is to appear for another hearing on March 2nd 3pm.

Yeah that's kind of how adversarial courts work.
If there isn't an actual order saying YOU ARE HEREBY ORDERED, or the matter is still before the court, he don't have to give you shit.
