In no particular order Russ:
* Demanded a $20,000 settlement
* Raised it to $200,000 after his employer bafflingly accepted his first demand
* Got neither since he was not willing to wait for the insurance carrier to investigate his $200k demand
* Got his paid leave converted to unpaid when he filed the ADA claim due to how the company's liability insurance coverage worked - something about potential double dipping. Dumbass.
* Tried to get a remote job despite working as some kind of packaging/scanning grunt
* May have submitted fabricated letters, this time from somebody named Jerry Leach in support of an insurance payout
* May get countersued by Viatron, potentially in California (I assume it is headquartered there?) for civil blackmail/extortion
* Included an email confirming that the $20k offer was to make his nuisance complaint go away
* Can't make up his mind on whether the $20k settlement offer remained binding after raising the $200k one
* Wanted to spend some of the $20k on a reputation management firm
* Keeps demanding attorney's fees despite being a pro se retard
Am I reading this right? He attempted to extort his employers for 20k then upped it to 200k?
My screencap isn't working but from PDF page 131:
I’d be fully open to waiving the insurance and EEOC claim rights if the company is open to modestly adjusting the off the books payout
So he openly admits to soliciting a bribe and wanting to hide it from the taxman.
Also:
Lastly, while all of this continues to play out, I’d like to raise the question of whether an internal award or acknowledgment for raising the ACA compliance issue might be appropriate as a separate payment to the ADA payout
Note that ACA = Affordable Care Act aka Obamacare, which mandated all employers over a certain size provide employees working over 30 hours / week with health insurance.
