Yep. He’s saying they agreed to 20k and then he decided it was undervalued and wanted me. (*more, but leaving typo because it's amusing)

It would have cost him some $540, but it looks like it was waived for him, so he probably filed IFP and it just doesn't show up in the docket yet

I absolutely adore this insistence upon jury trials as if the average person will perceive Shitlips to be reasonable and worthy of sympathy.
 
So Russ can afford $400 for one suit, can't afford $540 for another and for his longest, he can't cough up $80 in document fees which is going to cost him $1000+ in sanctions.
Mr.Greer sure does have a strange method of financial prioritization.

Usually not automatic. Fremantle threatened that they would argue that he should be declared vexatious, but didn't follow through. Mr. Hardin has threatened something similar, and we'll see if he follows through (I suspect Null will want to limit future lawsuits against KF much like with what happened in the Melinda case)
 
Greer is going to get spanked by a court one day for using ChatGPT to write everything. It will hallucinate a case citation and expose him to the court. It's just a matter of time.

Edit: Also, having read the initial demand email and response, I don't see how this was offer and acceptance under general common law rules. The response did not agree to everything that the demand required, instead asking additional things from Greer like information on harassment, injured employees, etc. At the very least, Greer made multiple demands (money, not contesting insurance, changing policies) and some of those were not accepted. That generally would constitute a counteroffer, which is a rejection plus a new offer. ChatGPT can't overcome an absence of actual legal knowledge.

Also Exhibit I literally says "my initial demand wasn't a really an offer, it was just an invitation to enter a dialogue." That's not an offer, then. So there couldn't have been an acceptance and breach.
