Truth. There's a burger restaurant in my city that has been in business for about 15 years, one of the oldest "just burgers" places in town, run by to camp gay queens, i go to a couple times per year and while they're pricy with their burgers, varying from 9€ to 15€, ($10.50 to $17.50) their quality is virtually unmatched, at least compared to other burger places i've ate at (i think we got a Five Guys but i haven't been yet). They got about 20 burgers on the menu, ranging from the plain old cheese burger to more exotic stuff with fig and goat cheese on it but they skip the whole pretentious "artisan" bullshit. Simple interior, fast service, great quality. As it should be.Burgers are not supposed to be artisan, they're just supposed to be good
Edit for some thread tax: People who never had horse don't know what they miss out on.
