Anisa and Anisa-and-I are truly deserving of the LOTY award simply because they are so stupid, that they parrot the "popular intelectual woke-left" talking points at the worst fucking time possible.

Let's take the Iran thing as an example. Ian decided to bring Anisa on stream to comment on a 90 Day Fiancé episode, one of the most milquetoast "reality TV" shows that exists, where even the most basic ass person can develop some sort of meaningful meta commentary about relationships. This SHOULD, in theory, be productive, since it brings more viewership to his streams than the 100-odd viewers Ian regularly gets. Streams where Anisa is featured get all the way up to 270-something viewers.

Anisa and Ian spot an Iranian immigrant. Anisa and Ian proceed to make fun of him and call him a US shill, claiming he is being used as a token to make Trump's US-of-A look good. Anisa and Ian (and Han) start claiming this is some sort of profound political commentary, and we plebs just don't get how much smarter than us they really are.
What they don't know, or don't care about, is that Iran is in a borderline civil war right now. Had they made this comment 6 months ago, it would have been fine. But it's like they deliberately choose the worst fuggin' time possible to give their retarded takes. HOW did Ianisa choose to say that, while Iran is descending into war? It's like they purposefully chose the worst fucking moment possible. How did they manage to be so timely, and yet so fucking abhorrent?

Just like Ian thought joining breadtube was a good decision 5 years too late. Just like Ian decided Hasan was the God-almighty Inshallah saviour just as he shocked his dog, and all the allegations came out. Just like Ian decided influencer boxing was a good idea, once nobody cared.

It's like Ian and Anisa are deliberately stepping on rakes. Even alcoholic, balding, blacked out, pissing in his pants, nigger-yelling, Willy-killing, bass-in-the-'Lac drunk driving Blade made better decisions than Ian and Anisa.
