Anisa has never apologized, but Ian went through a period where he was apologizing all the time. He even apologized to Franchesca Ramsey for making a hit piece on her even though (as far as I know) he's never even mentioned her, much less made a hit piece on her. The going theory is that she mistook him for Chris Ray Gun, but he still apologized when she complained to him. And then she rejected his apology because he was irredeemable.
This is usually said as cope by people who aren't smart, but there really are different kinds of intelligence and even the really dumb Breadtubers like Hasan or Demonmama have a certain kind of verbal intelligence.
