Sam had this habit of just up and walking out of her jobs for the following reasons: a customer didn't tip, a customer was rude, she didn't want to work, I CAN'T DO THIS, she was angry, she was upset, she thought they were going to fire her, she felt like it, I'M DONE WITH THIS BULLSHIT.So you felt like one of the managers (I don't know what those acronyms mean) did not follow correct proceedings over something and you immediately wanted your husband to sue the entire establishment on your behalf, even though you were not fired over that, instead of bringing it up with upper management? Is that a correct assessment of your situation?
I get that you felt unheard and that it was unjustified but that sort of stuff is usually well-delineated in a job contract, at least ought to be.
Needling her to explain herself will just produce the same wordvomit you've seen her do since she got into the thread.
