To my knowledge, he only smoked cigarettes and drank alcohol at the time.
He did not have the typical adrenaline junkie habits, such as reckless driving, and would only leave the house around once or twice a week to get food.

The only "thrill" I have observed him experiencing was him trying to chat it up with females online. I do know he has a history of fucking shit up online as well and he was very excited talking about those topics, in the same way a loser boomer won't shut up about his football days in high school.

I would barely describe him as a hedonist, although that is what he self-proclaims to be. Maybe he latched onto that label to excuse the fact that he is entirely selfish.

I'm a little confused by your wording in parts of this, tbh, and think there might be a misunderstanding somewhere.

AsPD and BPD are both Cluster B Personality Disorders, but they're almost universally considered distinct mental illnesses. I think there may have been someone a few decades ago who floated the idea that BPD could be a presentation of AsPD more common among women, but this isn't a widely-held view today (at least in the US; I have no experience with the mental health system in Scandinavia). AsPD has some commonalities with BPD and is a frequent comorbidity, but it also has several symptoms that set it apart. There's very limited evidence for the efficacy of DBT in treating AsPD. Other than some studies showing that rewarding prosocial behavior might potentially reduce rates of criminality, there isn't anything that seems like it even might be effective. Comorbid Borderline-Antisocials would likely be unusually treatment resistant, and BPD's not the easiest thing to treat in the first place.

@Bothriolepis for someone reason I can’t tag you. Yes, I understand that Cluster Bs are officially classified as distinct and separate disorders in the DSM5. ASPD, NPD, HPD, BPD. In fact, I think they are ten distinct personality disorders IIRC. Maybe more by now. Been a while since I studied. I use ASPD as an umbrella term because fuck ‘em. They’re all anti-social with a lot of overlap. Guess I could just refer to them all as psycho bitches too. lol

Edit: also that is the first time I’ve seen ASPD written as AsPD. Is that a new distinction or something?

Far be it from me to white knight for this dizzy coon, but you might be overreacting. Aside from a little bit of smarm about how "no one follows the rules", I don't see the issue in her response. She's just trying to be cute about it, which I agree is not her strong suit.
