It goes with all sausages, especially fresh grilled kielbasa and bratwurst on a bun with mustard and onions, as well can be a delicious and nutritious addition to soups, stews, pot roasts, or stuffed into pierogi. You can have it with potato pancakes (with sour cream of course), use it as a garnish for golumpki ...or you can just eat it cold out of the fridge by itself sometimes!
