I don't think he does actually ever really understand what he's talking about whilst debating or arguing a point. He thinks he knows the answer and runs with it in the most ignorant and ham-fisted ways imaginable, which all speaks to his oversized gut ego that he simply refuses to let go of even when faced with the truth of what he's talking about.

Frankly I expected he had the whole thing jumbled up in his retard noggin because it takes a special kind of stupid to think she's in any form of grey area, It's quite simple as asking "If this happened to you dude, would you sue her?" and we all KNOW he would sue her into oblivion and be a blithering retard on the courts the entire time.

We've seen that for over three years he's been unable to understand the law and history going over a decade of him not understanding it either. He's an idiot who should just neck himself. It's not like the black mold will ever do him in. At this point he likely thinks a mushroom waifu.
 
Since Stabby's current MO is to sue people for infringing the individual background tracks he uses in his videos, I'd be interested to see if he still goes for it if the person doing a Creetosis-style video opens it by critiquing each of the tracks at the opening of the stream, or if he would just short circuit after hearing people say that the fiverr garbage he commissioned is garbage.

Forgot to post this a few weeks ago:

Stabby was ordered to show cause on why his appeal of Judge Trina Thompson’s denial of his DMCA subpoena should not be dismissed as frivolous. In response, he submitted this piece of legal scholarship a few weeks ago.

Note that this is not the same subpoena motion set for hearing on 2/20. This spergout quality legal argument comes from a completely separate case he opened to pursue a §512(h) subpoena against Alphabet over the same underlying YouTube dispute. The hearing is over his third attempt to get a subpoena in this case, the appeal to the ninth is about his second attempt.

It's basically him saying he did nothing wrong because another judge told him the subpoena separately, and if he is wrong that means that judge is wrong too. Lol

It's Stabby's appeal of his appeal when judge White denied him his free subpoena to Jew Tube for Bibi Fazi's personal doxs. It landed on judge Thompson's (Stabby loathes) table and she also poo-poo'd it and so Stabby appealed that appeal.

His argument is that Trina is wrong because....reasons...and that his appeal is totes serious and not a fishing expedition at all because...reasons. Something about flat earth and chemistry lectures....I dunno. His mind works in mysterious ways.

Stabby doesn't seem to realize that just because Judge White says "In order to do A you would first need to do B" doesn't mean the things either A or B will succeed, just that if there exists a universe in which A works, B has to happen first. "Sorry man, this is a Wendy's. If you want a Big Mac you'll have to go to the McDonald's down the road," followed up by "WHAT DO YOU MEAN THE FLAT TOP CAUGHT FIRE AND THE KITCHEN IS CLOSED?
