Well, well, well...a claimed address for our Brothel Prince that is current as of the 14th of May, 2025.
Not really.

As the LLC isn't a party to the suit I don't think that would work.

Yeah that's just Marc Gohres, the registered agent, and he has a frillion other clients for which that address is used in the NV system.

I do note that on his website for those services, he does include "mail forwarding" though. (Archive) I wonder if Gohres has an updated forwarding address for Greer, and if so could he be subpoenaed for it. I can't decide whether Greer would actually pay for the extra mail-forwarding service or not; on the one hand it costs money that he would rather spend on whores, but on the other hand he could've been using it to try and hide from service, collections, etc. for these past several years.

Hardin is really on a tear today. Good to see. Zealous defense in the face of such aggressive fuckery by the Brothel Prince is exactly what's needed, and getting the goddamn judges to lay off the opium pipe and do some fucking work on motions 6 months old is a great step to take, and the judges are in no position to get shitty about it either. They have to realize how long this case has been hanging fire because of all the unruled on motions, no matter how little they want to address them,

Doesn't being a registered agent mean he accepts service on behalf of his clients?

Soooooooo, noooooooo open motions then, on that puny one-page docket? LOL. Our case literally is sitting on over a dozen open, unruled-upon motions dating back to April of this year, including the motion to dismiss.
Judges, like parents, can make quite a difference. Even a pissed-off one that will scream at the kids in the backseat on a road trip can be better than absent ones like seem to be 'present' in this case.

So with Greer and Acerthorn...
At what point is a lawsuit just a battle royale waiting for one party to die?
From my understanding, there's really nothing anyone can do about Stabby. He's an actually broke retard with no assets, friends, or family. He has all the time in the world to sue Null. Forcing a deadlock and then praying God smites him is the best you can do.

Russell is different. He has wages you can garnish. He has hopes, dreams, and aspirations you can flatten. You can hurt him to the point he realizes suing you will result in his life being put on hold while he finances your life.

Disclaimer: I'm not a psychologist. This is armchair psychology and I'm likely wrong about a great deal. I also don't follow Acerthorn, so I don't know how accurate my summary is.

I follow Stabby and your description is pretty accurate. He hardly ever does anything besides churn out dogshit content nobody watches and sue people, and his only aspiration in life is to somehow win big on one of these suits and get some big corporation to pay him a billion dollars, which will never happen.

Russ is actually impressive, for a long time I was okay with prostitution but he has successfully removed all the good will I had towards prostitution (I am kind of liberal). First of all I wouldn't want any woman to suffer him, second, he has made me realize how brothels affect the community where they're located and third, I really really don't want women to have to experience him, personally I would prefer being slaughtered and left in a ditch if I was him.

I re-read almost the entire docket this evening (god help me, why I did so I have no clue). Piecing together the separate individual side quests has been pretty interesting.

Discovery Non-disclosure Sanction

#185 - 12/4/24 - Defense motion to exclude non-disclosed witnesses/evidence.
#189 - 12/9/24 - Greer ordered to provide disclosures by 12/16/24, OSC to not pay fees due by 12/23/24.
#193 - 12/17/24 - Defense gives notice of non-compliance with disclosure order.
#202 - 12/23/24 - Green files OSC, whining about mootness and his carefulness.
#218 - 1/14/25 - Bennett orders Gree to pay reasonable attorneys fees.
#221 - 1/21/25 - Greer objects to Bennett's decision.
#228 - 2/11/25 - Defense notice of fees submitted, $5,369.93.
#230 - 2/12/25 - Barlow reduces award to $1,000, due 3/13/25.
#251 - 3/11/25 - Gree requests bonded stay of 10%.
#256 - 3/11/25 - Defense opposes stay.
#280 - 5/6/25 - Bennett during hearing says he can't overrule Barlow, try again.
#304 - 5/20/25 - Green re-files 10% stay again, this time to Barlow.
#310 - 5/21/25 - Barlow denies stay, orders payment by 6/9/25.
#333 - 6/8/25 - Greer requests reconsideration.
#341 - 6/10/25 - Barlow denies reconsideration, orders payment by 6/30/25. Non-compliance = $500 kicker.
#345 - 7/1/25 - Status report. Gree didn't pay.
#347 - 7/21/25 - Barlow rules that Green now owes $1,500, due 8/5/25. Non-compliance = case dismissal.
#349 - 7/30/25 - Gree didn't see order, 10 emails that day, wants it to go back to $1,000 and be due 8/18/25.
#351 - 7/31/25 - Defense opposes.
#352 - 7/31/25 - Barlow gives Green until 8/18/25 but it remains at $1,500.
#356 - 8/20/25 - It is finally paid, 2 days (or 160 days) late.

Truly an absurd timeline of events, especially when laid out like this with all the other noise that was going on at the same time removed. Also, the speed on which stuff got ruled on was lightning fast back then compared to lately.

Working on typing up the other ridiculous ones (RO document production and the SPO/Taylor sanction) for comparison and will post them separately. There will obviously be a very similar pattern with them that everyone here is already all too familiar with, but I still like seeing it filtered out like this. Pure madness.

Oh and ECF #360 is when he figured out he could get the canner to do his work and shit out slop for him. So if you want some pure plight-sperging for old time's sake, go to before that.

I think it’s somewhat interesting that the fastest the judges moved was when discovery was open and fuckery was happening around that.

They don’t fuck around with discovery but since it is paused no harm in waiting I guess they think.

Well, we can only hope Hardin's little kick in the ass reminder to deal with some of the shit piling up does do something to get them moving. GodBear willing, we might find out today before the weekend. (Rainbows inc.)

The judges DO seem to like dropping something on the docket five minutes before the clerk leaves for the weekend, so heeeeere’s hoping!

(I suspect Russtard has no idea what to say to a motion to get the fuck off your ass so we’re probably not going to see anything from him)
