Another factor would be social/intellectual stunting from the coof lockdowns/peak woke. At the time it didn’t seem too bad to me, I could just get stoned off of fake weed and play Warzone instead of having to deal with roastie teachers and urban youths, but in hindsight that shit probably fucked me up.
There’s going to be a huge amount of speech delays from the daycares all masking. Babies watch your mouth when they listen to you.

Remote school seemed like something I would’ve abused the shit out of, since I was a bad enough regular highschooler

You must be under 30 for not remembering the mass wave of immigration that was the late '90s. Which was during a Republican administration. The Bush years. It took over 20 years for the GOP to finally try to prove ICE was doing anything effective? "Effective" being highly optimistic.
NAFTA was in the 90s and the only one against it was Perot whom the media all painted as an unhinged weirdo and bullied him out if the race. That was the thing that turned us into North America Economic Zone Alpha.

Clinton's admin in some ways was way more Conservative than W's, with welfare reform and Hillary and Biden calling Black kids Super Predators on C-Span, actually caring about the budget, etc. The dotcom wave ended up being a bust in the end but there was a lot of money for people with an idea for a small company which I wish there were now. Apart from gays in the military and Janet Reno burning Christian kids alive it was basically a Republican admin as we'd judge things now.

Technically one gay furry suffering
why is always the god damn furries its pretty much a meme/stereotype at this point.

You would have definately abused it, EVERYONE did, because the students and teachers both believed that the pandemic was going to be over quickly. So they treated the zoom classroom stuff as more like a substitute teacher day for the first few months. It's a BIG reason why the kids who graduated highschool directly after or during the lockdowns are just ritualisticly fucked and unprepared for the world at large.

Bingo

@Sensitive Young Man people would assume that skim milk just has less fat. Woke motherfuckers read the label and know it has more sugar than whole milk
A lot of the nutrients in milk are also fat soluble and if the fat is removed even if they're fortified back in they're less efficiently absorbed. And vitamin D (in whole milk) helps absorb calcium. And the fat helps slow the blood sugar impact of the natural sugars. Whole milk is superior in every single way. Skim milk is trash.

Replace those with fake carts and Xanax pressies and you’ve described mine to a tee
Acid is probably better for you than Xanax

I would’ve re-enacted Stetler’s underwear segment

Our substitutes would just wheel out the tv with the vcr on a cart and pop in “The Breakfast Club,” I must’ve seen that movie 100 times

Never tried it, I heard that glass of orange juice story and even if it wasn’t true, it still turned me off. You’re probably right though

They only phased those out after Covid

ah we got lucky with a mix of movies tho my favorites were Indian in the Cupboard and the borrowers, tho nothing tops the princess bride.

Now now they are a struggle....

Just for the people who who are unnecessarily dependent on a government stipend
They're a struggle BECAUSE of the people who are unnecessarily dependent on a stipend.

It's the same thing as college tuition. If the government is giving guaranteed money to go to school, of course the fees are going go up. Why wouldn't they? There's free money, who cares if it costs more? Some people can't pay? Well, they can get free loans to pay and the foreigners will pay as well. No downward pressure at all, only upward pressure.

Well, if hamburger is being paid for by the government, why not charge more? You're guaranteed to get the government money for it, even if you're charging $9-10 a pound for it. What's that? Most people are tapping out at that rate? Who cares? The government's paying for a good chunk of it, so who cares if SOME people can't afford it anymore? Most people will pretty much have to put up with it, and a large group won't even give a shit because they aren't paying for it. There is no downward pressure on food prices as long as the stores can go "well, at least the ebt slaves will pay us."

How much of Walmart's business model is dependent on SNAP/EBT? How many of Walmart's WORKERS are on SNAP/EBT?

Are grocery prices up because of inflation? Yes, absolutely. Are they up because the stores have a free money supply and don't NEED customers are much as they used to? Yes, absolutely.

I'm watching Twitter suddenly realize the policies that were destroying its working-age men for about twenty years did not benefit anybody other than Jack Welch-style billionaires. It's too late to realistically course-correct, but it will be entertaining watching the consequences of mass immigration and a functional genocide of those actually descended from the USA's original pioneers.
They'll never realize it. The boomers still think it's the Clinton Administration. They'll think it's the mid 80-90s until they die. The Millennials and GenXers aren't much better. GenX and the Millenials are going to lose their fucking minds when people stop giving a shit about remakes of 80s and 90s cartoons and recreations of the toys they grew up with.

We're going to see a complete fracture of American culture around the Zoomer point, maybe the Alephs. They won't have inherited shit culturally, they'll only have memories of childless cat ladies trying to trick them into cutting their tits off and trying anal sex because it's cool. What are they going to have to bond over culturally? Minecraft? Undertale? Skibity Toilet?

This is making the rounds, absolutely worth your time to read. But people have realized how much DEI destroyed Young White Men in the past 15-20 years. Most of us lived it. From personal experience, this was absolutely the case in the '10s, and only because I started working at a white guys company who had sons who were noticing this was I able to actually get a decent job. It doesn't make up for the years lost despite doing everything above and beyond what was asked.

Don't get me wrong, DEI can be blamed for a lot, but the fertility crisis, and the marriage crisis were already established trends before DEI. The breakdown of traditional sexual norms during the "sexual revolution" is the origin of that. Also the pill and abortion, least we forget effectively did away with sex = pregnancy for women. Another very under rated factor in this mess we call a society.

That article is so dangerous because it profiles lefties who've been screwed by DEI. Nobody would care if this was about roofers and construction workers. But a scriptwriter in Hollywood? Does not compute!!!
Agree, people have a hard time stomaching the notion that "Yes, actually blue-collar guys deserve job security and a good paycheck." Or that helping people "lower down" than you might make your life better, or put more money in your pocket. Cheaper to hire a White guy who makes his living off contractor work, and who'll do the job right the first time than some illegal whose entire family is on welfare, and who couldn't give a shit about your home.

It's too late to realistically course-correct, but it will be entertaining watching the consequences of mass immigration and a functional genocide of those actually descended from the USA's original pioneers.
Doomer bullshit. Whites have the highest birth rate in America. The vast majority of those from White conservative families. On the other end of things, Trump's crackdowns against foreigners and passport births has already having positive outcomes. For example: Latinos no longer a majority of births in Texas amid enforcement of immigration laws - CDC It is never too late to course correct, and even if it is, better to go down swinging.

Let’s test it

Xanax age lyrics

Come, let's watch the rain as it's falling down

Sunlight on your skin when I'm not around

Shit don't feel the same when you're out of town

The 60’s is the Old acid age, of course it was corny

You can’t fuck with the 90’s, it’s when culture peaked, died, and everything subsequently became derivative

Replace the Beatles with Maynard for the self aware mic drop

I met a boy wearing Vans, 501s
And a dope Beastie tee, nipple rings, new tattoos
That claimed that he was OGT
Back from '92, from the first EP
And in between sips of Coke
He told me that he thought
We were sellin' out
Layin' down, suckin' up to the man

Well now I've got some advice for you, little buddy
Before you point your finger you should know that I'm the man
If I'm the man, then you're the man, and he's the man as well
So you can point that fuckin' finger up your ass

All you know about me is what I've sold you
Dumb fuck, I sold out long before you ever even heard my name
I sold my soul to make a record
Dipshit
And then you bought one

All you read and wear or see and hear on TV
Is a product begging for your fatass dirty dollar
So shut up and
Buy my new record
Send more money
Fuck you, buddy
