Depressed Incel Lawyer is Kurt/Uncivil Law. Nick can't use his [Kurt] name or likeness because Kurt sent a Cease and Desist letter to Melton. Using a workaround is a faggot thing Nick thought would work to get Kurt's attention, but so far hasn't worked.

Legal Vices' family let him use it because Nick convinced them it would only be used to keep his memory alive. It's Nick, so it definitely hasn't been used like that at all, ever.
 
It's sad that all this happened to Nick. In the beginning, which is aeons ago at this point, he used to be genuinely smart and cool. People and fans would respect him, he'd have very high numbers. He was just some lawyer guy having fun on the internet and laughing at shit, as well as analyzing some actual legal cases which was entertaining to see.

Also a note about Christianity, while he does seem to be one only when it's convenient for him, it does not actually make you unchristian to sin. The TL;DR is God understands you're fucking retarded and will keep making mistakes, but you are forgiven if you genuinely repent.

This word just means you must actually regret it and strive to not do it again, not just say "omg god im so sorry pls forgive" then say "ALRIGHT BOIS SINS FORGIVEN LETS PART WITH DRUGS". Understand what you're doing is wrong, be ashamed of it, make plans and take actions to stop doing it.

You don't need to despair if you keep failing, but you should know that you are failing and keep trying not to, as well as regret failing. It's not "God wants you to feel these specific feelings", but "if you actually regret it, these are the sort of things you will feel"

That's not to say Nick is a good guy or that he feels any of this, but people who keep messing up or end up doing bad shit aren't automatically fake Christians. If he genuinely realizes his mistakes and repents then God will forgive him. And this is a pretty human thing as well, realistically online people will too. Just imagine if he said

"Guys I've been so fucking retarded in the past years, my behavior was completely off the rails I was a huge lolcow. We're going back to the fun streams and videos we had before and I'll try to rebuild my relationships with people, or at least admit I was wrong and ask for forgiveness" and then he'd actually do that. He wouldn't be in everyone's good grace right away, but if he doesn't do retarded shit then there won't be reasons for people to make fun of him

Nobody's saying that they are automatically fake Christians. But Nick is a fake Christian. He thinks Jesus Christ is just a normal person who sins. And he uses Christianity to justify actual sins. He's a fake Christian. He's pretending, to get support from people he despises. He's a compulsive liar who's perfectly comfortable with faking his personality to get people to like him. He's just not very good at it these days, but still people believe it sometimes because many don't want to understand how easy it is to manipulate them. He started using hard drugs in late 2022 after going to the swingers resort Hedonism II in Jamaica during the "queen of spades week." Why did he go? Nobody knows for sure, but probably because he is a hedonist at heart. He can't get better because he is a narcissist and will never admit that every decision after deciding to go to Hedonism has made life worse for himself and his family.
