I don't know man, women love ugly dogs, and ugly dolls, and ugly babies, and ugly furniture, and ugly paintings, etc. I don't think that women abhor ugliness at all, they just have inherently bad taste.

Records have been obsolete since the invention of magnetic tape. Unless you fought a war against Germany, there has never been a point in your conscious life where records were the best audio format available.

Most women are attracted to men, so I suppose you have a point. Men also love ugly things, have you seen an average single Joe’s interior design or fashion sense?

Ringo got in a couple bangers but he really didn't have a very prominent career. He had fewer albums, having died young, but a respectable number of #1 hits for dying after Double Fantasy. Mark David Chapman was a smirking asshole lunatic and part of why I don't like Catcher in the Rye much.

Ringo is a truly underappreciated artist, he had a lot of talent as a percussionist and his fills were great. What held him back was being in the Beatles.
