>Angels do a yearly extermination (for the past 7 years, unbeknownst to Charlie, who thinks it's been millennia apparently)
>Adam calls in. The last extermination was a week ago; Adam states that the next extermination has been moved up to 6 months
>[All of Season 1 magically happens in this time frame somehow]
>Angels defeated, Adam dead, Hazbin Hotel is rebuilt by Lucifer and the gang
>Media takes notice of angels being murdered and falsely advertises the hotel as the go-to place for angel murdering
>We get to see the immediate effects of this as sinners start booking rooms en masse for all the wrong reasons
>(Nobody has even thought to notify Hell or Charlie that exterminations are no longer happening, by the way)
>Alastor visits Rosie to demand that she funnels him more power and he states it's been a YEAR since he offered to help with the hotel
Sorry, what the fuck happened for six months? Do you mean to tell me that the signup of sinners to the hotel was a slow and gradual process, a stark contrast to how the rest of the show chronicles its events? Isn't Hell overpopulated, surely it would make more sense if this was a direct continuation from S1's ending and not SIX MONTHS OF NOTHING AFTER? Did the characters change at all during this time frame? Why don't we get to explore what happened in those six months? Heaven hasn't notified ANYBODY in Hell that exterminations are over, so how has an entire year blown past without anyone freaking out? What the fuck is going on anymore?
