I mean let's think about our enemy for a second. He apparently has infinite time, but also enough money to pay Indians to spam us. A pizza wouldn't stop him. His literal resources need to be taxed. I'm wondering if there is any way to use that Indian bot army against him.

The current popular ban evasion measure for 4chan is owo.vg which is also ran by a gay furry but not the gay furry in this thread (I think.) It's a website you post through and costs nothing to use. You can post through it with a VPN so I'm not sure how it would add you to any kind of botnet. So in short there isn't a market for selling residential VPNs just for 4chan shitposting.

new accounts should have to moderate A&H for one day in order to gain normal privileges, I think that would stop 'em
