Bad idea. It makes it easier to obfuscate a single actor pretending to be multiple distinctive actors to mass register accounts, where with a payment processor dealing in dollar it would stick out if one actor suddenly spends 200 bucks on accounts and flags them. If its to drain their funds and have them redistribute them to you, disregard concern.

This sounds exhausting and unsustainable. Can this not at least be delegated to your admins? Or maybe let them do the first round of filtering?
 
I'm not sure if this is feasible due to workload, but could uploads by non T&H posters be moved to an alternate location on the server and replaced by a placeholder? This would mean they don't ever go live or have a static url until manually reviewed.

I imagine an image only moderation queue would make it reasonably quick to review uploads in bulk. With a simple approve, or deny button.

How about following him around on the internet and whenever he posts somewhere asking a question, you respond with a vague, obvious, and completely unworkable answer? Like for example if he asks for help defending his hate site against a semi-anonymous troll who wants to destroy it, you say something like "fight fire with fire".

As far as I know Null cannot use traditional payment processors, T&H is in crypto already. Read up on Supporting the forum

I still think my idea of having new accounts have to upload their photos to imgur or some other site first (and delete it after the janny approves it and adds it to the thread via the edit option) is somewhat viable. When I signed up to the site I didn't even post pictures that often for the first few months. Most newfags don't even contribute to the threads they post in because they are so new.

Yeah it's gonna be a pain in the ass to set up, yeah it's gonna be annoying for the jannies to have to click on hundreds of imgur links all day but it's either that or nothing (unless you figure out something, i don't know. I'm just trying to help out in some way)

Then USPS money orders and cheque for account creation and invites, if the goal is to root out a single actor with funds to burn to spend on socking, on top the latter would prevent non-US residents without dollar account to act as proxy, e.g the jeets used by actors like leeto and his discord cabal. crypto works for T&H as its just a glorified blue check mark, and my own personal list of accounts shows its extensively used by suspected "threat" actors to appear as legit, which ultimately doesn't matter, as only a normal faggot would consider a green check mark a sign of a legit user.
