The debate over whether he (or any other adult) dosed his child, or whether she got into his stash is one thing. Both would constitute intentional consumption. Both might explain the significant levels she tested at. Both would be a massive parental fail on the part of both Nick and Kayla (which is why he pushes the bullshit "cop patting her head" cope so much). We could probably have that debate endlessly.
Also to note, he didn't even know how much cocaine was in their possession. He didn't know where all the drugs were kept. The story just keeps on changing and changing.
From the court documents, we know there's a safe, a scale and some utensils. We know there were other narcotics and his mum's prescription medication as well. The drugs were stored in baggies.
I don't know about people here but if I had such drugs, I wouldn't store them in pouches. I would buy those pill containers and clearly label it, and then store it in a dry cabinet.
He didn't even track his own finances as someone in his 40s. He didn't know where the Grift Scam Go donations went and there's countless other references to him being basically an overgrown teenager.
So is it really ridiculous to think a baggie might have became loose and she got into it? Maybe she snuck in and entered the safe? Oh but she's 8 and too dumb to dial a few numbers on a safe. And people would be surprised how devilish some kids can get. She's one google search away from getting in. The household chemical safe my parents bought never stopped me from entering when the passcode was literally just the year I was born in (second try, first was birthday), only a round of tiger parenting did the trick. Kids aren't going to see some weird stuff locked away as a no-go zone. They'll see it as a challenge.

Nick admits to have never watched Charlie Kirk despite attempting his absolute hardest to squeeze out a crocodile tear on his death grift stream.
I'll say it again.
Should have been him.

Ron still sucks in my book, but there was very little evidence he's an actual cuck.
Based on everything I've read, Ron said something along the lines of "if my wife cheats on me I'll still take her back because..."
This statement is far more than fair and doesn't indicate so called cuckoldry at all. Statements like this and Aaron's "I'll ditch my kids for smelly fish Ape" are easy to make but would this bridge be so easy to cross when it shows up? Probably not, definitely not. In Aaron's case, he didn't ditch his children to grovel at the feet of fishcake Ape. Clearly the kids mattered more in the end.
Would Ron still be with his wife if she cucked him? Who knows. I don't know the guy, he sucks but that's beyond the point. What I do know is that skelly is a cuckold by law. His ex-boyfriend served jail time because he fucked Kayla so hard it was criminal.

Ah yes, stream smaller trials aka the ones no-one cares about, to get people to "come and look". This is a fool proof strategy and I can see zero flaws with it.
Nick will probably never do this, but if he does the streams will quickly devolve into seethe sessions about people that have “wronged” him and he’ll chase off the few people that tune in.

CourtTV probably already does this type of coverage.

I think there is a case to be made for both Nick and Melton that their brand of online content consists of primarily mocking people, and that they have gone far beyond what the 1st Amendment protects in the case of Aaron and Kurt, and likely with other people as well. (See Nick's repeated claims that stealing people's likeness for commercial gain is protected speech, lol)
I'm inclined to agree this goes past what the First allowed, mainly because you're not allowed to slap people in the face with gloves and say "Pistols at Dawn." In our gay current year, hecklers, retards, and assholes feel safe hiding behind "free speech," because we're not allowed to put their conviction to the test.

Nick streamed Karen Read and got no real viewership. So I guess his conclusion was 'Everyone else was streaming that one...which is weird...otherwise I would have had 9 thousand concurrent viewers. If I just stream DIFFERENT trials from everyone else, I bet my numbers will go back up`

Ofc, he's wrong, and his numbers won't recover. Even if his user base didn't know about his daughter testing positive for cocaine metabolites consistent with regular recreational use, his brain is fried from nitrous. He lost all his wit and isn't funny anymore (Yes, I'm one of the people that used to find Nick funny)

If I am being completely honest, he took Ron a little too far.
Indeed, he took it a little too far with the man who threatened to butcher his girlfriend's dogs, threatened to murder children, and had been convicted of beating the fuck out of women. Faggot.

Surprisingly Nick had 6k live viewers at the start of the Read trial. The problem was he did no research and most of his streams turned into cope and seethe sessions and pandering to dabbletards for super tips.

By the end of the trial he had less than 1k live viewers.

Anyone who's raised children (i.e. not Nick, his children's mummy and daddy are known as "iPad" and "the church") knows that they are generally dumb (in that they have a poor overall understanding of the world), yet particularly smart about things that interest them. There's nothing like a child's ability to learn something on the fly, especially when they're told they can't do it (e.g. "don't go in this safe that I'm constantly parading around!"). On the balance of probabilities, I find it hard to believe that out of a five-child household, at least one of them WOULDN'T try to access his drugs, and given his rapidly diminishing mental state, wasn't afforded the chance to. His confusion about this fact is part of what's so aggravating about his attempts at apologetics, he will never quite understand just how poor of a parent he is. The drugs aren't even the main thing here, it's his complete lack of a paternal instinct. I'd be a thousand times more forgiving of him if he exclusively did coke outside of the family home, that would at least show a shred of awareness of others' safety.

Shitty parents are extremely invested in never understanding how much harm they have done and continue to do to their children. If Nick were capable of honest enquiry and self-reflection, he would never have destroyed his life like this.

I genuinely believe in theory Nick could rebuild a good chunk of his streaming career

If he just hunkers down and focuses back on streaming trails with actual coverage and ditches the diddlers he already has a ton of subscribers built in. If he plays the PR game right he can claim he's repenting and on the road to recovery. Explaining the metabolite stuff is way harder than Nick simply saying "my kids are with me".

Unfortunately that takes effort and isn't "fun" (being unnecessarily cruel to people he used to know) so he won't.

There was always a pathway back for him to streaming, but it'd require him to be anything other than a lazy degenerate narcissist. Instead, he crawled back to Lawtube like a worm, did no research on the one trial he covered, completely alienated Branca in record time, and made retarded jokes about sexually assaulting the judge.

It's really funny thinking back to early 2024 when he was bragging about how he was going to renew his contract with Rumble and fly out to visit them in person to give them his revolutionary livestreaming ideas, and flash forward to now and he's still streaming the same lifeless, tired content in his little trash dungeon. You'd think he'd be busting out those amazing ideas he had up his sleeve for Rumble at a time like this. The only real change he's implemented since returning, the micro-peen counter, was embarrassing and every time someone like Meme Copium, Null, or Kino Casino reacted to a clip of him and saw it, they were baffled by how retarded it was.

I think it's fair to say now that Nick's whole career was a mixture of right place-right time, kissing the right asses of the right people, and flukes such as his $20 toasts. Left to his own devices in a real sink-or-swim situation, no major content creators willing to platform and save him, and he's got nothing.

The kids were living in a house full of trash. Daddy's whore was living in the house. Mommy and the whore were dressing in the house like club whores in front of the children. There are bottles of liquor sitting all over the house. The kids were wearing dirty clothes and daddy has given up entirely on hygiene. Mommy and the whore were preparing a morning bump of cocaine in a house full of kids when the police arrived. Dad was so messed up on cocaine that he has reached the point of using Ketamine to come down from being constantly wired.
One or more kids getting at or doing cocaine in such a house isn't unusual at all. Heavy drug addicts like Nick was at the time are not good parents and don't make responsible decisions.
-----------------
Nick's show is dead and isn't coming back. He was able to build it up the first time because he was there at the right time on youtube when many things were new and it was easier to break through with the algorithm. There were few YT attorneys then, but there are kinds of them now and they are better than Nick ever was. Another problem for Nick is that he is now a pariah. Nobody wants to be around him or associated with him other than people who are equally damaged goods. The lawtube personalities and guests he had at one time were incredibly valuable to his channel. Nick is also just not strong enough to overcome the baiting he is going to get. Any attempt by Nick to do serious commentary is going to be derailed into Nick attacking his enemies and critics and going over every issue involved in his legal situation.
Nick's brains are also mush. He isn't even half of the personality that got over the audience years ago. He isn't smart or witty or even interesting. He also can't stream sober. In his rise he used alcohol as a crutch and without it, you can tell he is uncomfortable even doing the show.

All Nick really has left is the dabbleverse and if he loses in court, he will likely not even have that.

did no research on the one trial he covered
I don't think Nick ever did any research on the trials he covered. Only time you got some legal analysis or proper commentary was when guests came on and gave their 2 cents. The start of his streams was just people waiting, and hoping, for guests to come on.

I've been checking in on the stream every 15 mins or so and every time I look Nick is eating. He's just non stop stuffing his face like a fuckin hog

Also - enjoy this gay little Rekieta dance.

Also - Legal Mindset, don't forget that this is what Nick was saying about you last year.

Well, the fatal flaw is this plan is Nick, as usual. I have yet to witness an example of Nick pulling anything off by only his efforts.
The "secret sauce" to Nick's trial stream success was the panel format. That is to say, he had panelists on that knew considerably more about the law than he did. In some cases, actual practicing attorneys. They did the heavy lifting. He reaped the financial rewards.

I rather think he needs them more than they need him. And I don't think most of them want him anymore. I can't possibly imagine why.

Indeed, he took it a little too far with the man who threatened to butcher his girlfriend's dogs, threatened to murder children, and had been convicted of beating the fuck out of women. Faggot.
When was Ron "convicted of beating the fuck out of women"? I must have missed that one. It's not in his thread. In fact, the exact opposite is pointed out.

I remember the dog thing. And the remote thing. Both of which lead to an ex parte restraining order being taken out by his ex-wife.

To be clear, Ron is an asshole (for many reasons), and I would never claim otherwise, but Nick was predominately focused on painting Ron as a cuck. He was damn near obsessed with that. It was never proven, and it's aged really badly given Nick is himself a cuck. That's the point of my post. Not to fully rehabilitate Ron.

EDIT: Typo.

It's pot kettle.
A cuckold wife and child beater who "jokes" about child molestation, associates with those who "jokes" about child molestation and has American Beauty and Redo of the Healer as his favourite films and drowns wildlife when he can't sadistically carve them open alive with knives calls another man these things.
One's worse than the other and it's not Ron. It's the one that scammed Vic with a Nepo faggot who was working beyond his depth and abilities.

Explaining the metabolite stuff is way harder than Nick simply saying "my kids are with me".
He can just say it was a mess and honestly he didn't know how the drugs got into her instead of coming up with increasingly ludicrous cope scenarios in scientifically uncharted (Balldo) territory.
Then just try and PULL UP.
But he won't. He's owned by Kiwi Farms, he's out trained little monkey and he needs to dance for us.

All of that leads to the inevitable hindsight-informed question: Was he projecting about that at the time? 🤔

I first discovered Nick during the Jack Murphy coverage and I wonder if the marriage was open then or if that came later. I have to assume that in late 2021/early 2022, he was at least interested in watching other dudes fuck his wife.

He never really had any career in law to speak of. He went to a terrible law school on grandpa's money where LSAT scores don't matter and any kind of scholarship would be unlikely. Neither would pestering the admissions people have made any difference.

I'm sure he thought an english degree at a third-rate school in rural minnesota was going to get him into the movie industry. Its a nice dream for a child I guess.

About the only advice Nick could give on careers would be "have rich grandparents".

This is why I think there are strings attached for the trust fund. I remember reading that Phil Hartman's will required his kids to finish college to inherit his wealth.

A lot of Hollywood is made up of people like Nick with a middling talent, but the financial means to persevere in a high cost of living environment. Nick would've fit in well with writers who grew up wealthy and moved to LA on daddy's money. If he could've lived like that, he would've.

That's why I'm convinced the trust fund included stipulations; Nick did the bare minimum to graduate from one of the lowest ranked law schools in the country. Why? Because formally or informally, he was told he'd need a post-graduate professional degree before he could cash in.
