I was not trying to say that Kurt should take legal action, I am saying that Nick is currently defending himself against Aaron in court to prevent an HRO being granted against himself, and if Aaron were so inclined he could take the hours of content Nick has created which served only one goal, to demean and humiliate Kurt and organize his viewership into propagating the harassment via Pedotips talking in AI voices about Kurt's supposed Micro Penis.

I think there is a case to be made for both Nick and Melton that their brand of online content consists of primarily mocking people, and that they have gone far beyond what the 1st Amendment protects in the case of Aaron and Kurt, and likely with other people as well. (See Nick's repeated claims that stealing people's likeness for commercial gain is protected speech, lol)

Speaking of Kurt - Nick just announced a Locals stream to bully Kurt over his cooking vids again. He claims in Locals chat it will be on YouTube as well.

I know Nick blew up his career by bullying the likes of Ron Toye and Russel Greer, but it used to be people who deserved it. I don't understand how Nick's audience can think that Kurt deserves it. All Kurt did was take off the Balldo - and that was after crying on stream that Nick was his friend and he didn't want to believe the accusations against him.

I used to despair and pity the Locals subscriber being fleeced by Rekieta for over 16 months getting shit or no content. Maybe they believed there could be a "return" and they wanted to invest. I could use Theory of Mind to come to some kind of twisted conclusion from the perspective of a Wine Mom.

Rekieta has already tried to threaten the lawyer processing the disciplinary proceedings against him that publicizing any part of it would breach his privacy and so on while simultaneously trying to say that naming the complainants and reading out the complaints is muh free speech. The response as I understand it was, "if you publicize the identity of any of the complainants, that will form part of another complaint I will add personally to the existing matters. That is harassment."
Otherwise he would have doxed me and others long ago. He was threatening to.
It also scared off Mama K for a long time and two other women, because they found out if they took out HROs against him he would get their home addresses and they were convinced he would do something to them or their families. He terrorizes some locals. Not an act, not pretend, they talked it over with their families and noped out. And it is absolutely for two reasons. First, people see him as a psychopathic deviant. Give Star Trak some time. If they're legit, they are trying to stretch out Rekieta's suffering. If Ian exists and his name is actually Ian, Nick is not having a good time right now. Which, to me, explains his uptick in Kurt-casting. Nick streams and engages in social media as a self-soothing mechanism. He wants the ass pats and the parasocial affirmation to make him feel better. If (one of) Kayla's paramour(s) is leaking info to the farms, whether directly or indirectly, and it actually will eventually conclude in nudes/lewds/porn, Nick is probably "trying not to eat a bullet every day" as a result.

And StarTrak likely reckons he can stretch that out and escalate over a longer period of time to maximize how long Nick impotently seethes, likely making shower calls to try and pin down the rat or control the narrative.

However, if StarTrak isn't legit, then yeah it's all gay.

If detox was sufficient for alcoholics, there wouldn’t be demand for rehabs, AA, etc.

Alcoholics who quit drinking and don’t address their many character defects, who don’t bother trying to repair the wreckage of their past, are such a nightmare to live with that their families will BEG them to go back to drinking.

Nick is not sober and never has been.
