The problem is, Judges don't really need to know nor read the law (or apparently, even be lawyers) because there's no consequence for being wrong, and in fact, many judges seem to take a perverse pleasure in wiping their asses with the law and sneeringly saying "What're you gonna do about it?"

A Judge could sentence anyone to death on the basis of "the 1st amendment is the right to bear pancakes" and when it gets appealed, so what? The judge doesn't get fired or demoted, gets paid the same wage no matter what, and could only ever be impeached through as long and hard of a process as the President, so in that courtroom, the 1st amendment is and shall always be the right to bear pancakes, and if you disagree, YOU'LL get thrown in jail for disrespecting the law.

This why so many judges feel invincible, and seem to think they outrank the President.

Then, when reality kicks in, and it turns out, the President doesn't have to obey every district Judge on national or international policy decisions, they throw a tantrum and scream and cry, "BUT IN MY COURTROOM, THE 1ST AMENDMENT IS THE RIGHT TO BEAR PANCAKES!"

look at it objectively, the holocaust is only required to be taught in 17-30 (depends how you count it) states. It's not part of any federally imposed curriculum.

holocaust movies also don't do much

if the jews are so good at PR, why couldn't they get anyone but France and Czech to help them with arms to Israel in 48?

He is allowed to appear virtually and any restrictions on his movements and activities are obviously only as good as the word of the Israeli government. Who have not mentioned him or their investigations into crimes he may have done under their employment.

Becuase if we didn't they'd call us mean names. Because the denmothers of the longhouse want it and have set up a rules based system that allows it, and questioning that means telling half of society to sit down, shut up, and make me a sandwich you stupid whore. Two thoughts:

1. This is the exact same type of scenario as the Jan 6ers, isn't it? I wonder if they'll get the same treatment (arrested, held without trial in solitary confinement for 4+ years, etc).
2. This is the exact same mindset the left had in the 70s when the days of rage started. They decided that no, fascist child, the world hadn't rejected their stupid communist beliefs, the world was just waiting for a sign to rise up and depose Capitalism and give them their utopia. A sign like... a few thousand pipe bombs.

It's so close to the Jan 6th thing that I almost wonder if this is a honeypot by fedboys designed to set up a "left's insurrection" to finally take that piece off the board / allow Trump to come crashing down on them all / etc.
