Unalienable: Unable to be taken away from or given away by the possessor
Rights: Principles of freedom or entitlement recognized by law, social convention, or ethics.
If politicians can take away our rights, they are not unalienable and they are not rights. We do not have unalienable rights. We have conditional privileges according to the whims of whoever currently holds the reins. If we want actual rights, we must build a system in which NO ONE has the power to take them away to begin with or, by inaction (such as a subservient Congress and ineffectual Court), enable those rights to be dismantled.
But after reading the Constitution again, it hit us, square in the face. The Constitution itself says it is our DUTY to throw off such Government that has been reduced to Despotism. The Constitution itself enshrines our rights as unalienable, and it is not for the Despots or their slavish minions to take them away. It is our right and duty to throw the despots away.
THE CONSTITUTION STATES:
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.
--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed,
--That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.
Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.
But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.
--Such has been the patient sufferance of these Colonies; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government.
Now, the Constitution addresses the King of Britain as a tyrant and lists Facts. Let's see how these apply to Tyrant Trump.
He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.
--Assess all the laws and bills passed by Congress that Trump signed, and evaluate them against Public Good. He sure Assented to Laws (which means pass laws), but certainly NOT for the public good. Corruption and public harm abound. FAILED.
He has forbidden his Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his Assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them.
--On it's face Trump has FAILED this one too. We're right in the middle of a fucking 'suspended in their operation' right now, and neglect is rampant among his slavish despot minions.
He has refused to pass other Laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of Representation in the Legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only.
--Does this one count if Congress isn't even GIVING him Laws that meet this requirement? Yes, absofuckinglutely, because it is under his direction and leadership, and his Republican Party, that are only in accomodation for very small districts of people (i.e; billionaire donors or ultrawealthy religious organizations). FAILED.
He has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their public Records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures.
--FAILED because he only ever calls together Republican legislatures and tells them to not even work with anyone else, Democrat or Independent. And the 'fatiguing them into compliance' sure fucking looks like what he's doing to EVERYONE.
He has dissolved Representative Houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people.
-Trump now has the record of the most days of a federal shut-down of any US president in history, but it's the second part that's of most note. Regardless of dissolving the ability of representatives to do their jobs, "his invasions on the rights of the people" has been constant, multifaceted, and the only thing of any vigor he has ever done. FAILED.
He has refused for a long time, after such dissolutions, to cause others to be elected; whereby the Legislative powers, incapable of Annihilation, have returned to the People at large for their exercise; the State remaining in the mean time exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions within.
--We blame Mike Johnson, but he takes his orders from Trump. Congress is closed and Adelita Grijalva has been blocked from taking her seat in Congress. And again the second part is of most note; we sure have become in MUCH greater danger of invasion from without (foreign billionaires) and these convulsions within are due to his agencies, goons, sycophants, and propogandists. FAILED.
He has endeavoured to prevent the population of these States; for that purpose obstructing the Laws for Naturalization of Foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migrations hither, and raising the conditions of new Appropriations of Lands.
--Travel bans, the overzealous enforcement of CIVIL offenses as if they were CRIMINAL offenses by ICE, we actually don't need to explain much further because "refusing to pass others to encourage their migrations hither" is LITERALLY what he and Republicans are doing. FAILED FUCKING FAILED.
He has obstructed the Administration of Justice, by refusing his Assent to Laws for establishing Judiciary powers.
--Not JUST by refusing to Assent to Laws (and the scheme of not getting laws passed to him in the first place), but there's never been any figure in history that has so obstructed the Administration of Justice. FAILED.
He has made Judges dependent on his Will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries.
--His attacks on the judiciary have been abundant and plain. FAILED.
He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harrass our people, and eat out their substance.
--DESTROYING PUBLIC LANDS (White House), swarms of ICE officers and arming them with military weaponry and MISSILES, and hollowing out of every agency. "Eat out their substance" do you remember that DOGE was originally the "Executive Office of the President"? FAILED
He has kept among us, in times of peace, Standing Armies without the Consent of our legislatures.
--both ICE and the National Guard have been transformed into paramilitaries to be used against us. FAILED
He has affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil power.
--This one is different. He has TRIED, and yet our Military has not gone along with it. Hence turning to paramilitaries. So... does he get a pass for this even though he tried and would if he figured out how?
Nope. Failing at trying to do this does not get you a pass. FAILED.
He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation:
--What foreign jurisdiction? Depends on the context! For international affairs, we're subjected to Russian jurisdiction - unless it's Israel's jurisdiction. For business affairs, we're subjected to Saudi jurisdiction - unless it's Argentinia or China. For domestic social affairs, we're subjected to corporate jurisdiction - unless it's Christian Religious jurisdiction.

For Quartering large bodies of armed troops among us:
--ICE and National Guard. FAILED.
For protecting them, by a mock Trial, from punishment for any Murders which they should commit on the Inhabitants of these States:
--This one may be the first PASS, only because it's so narrow and specific. Protecting them? FAILED. By Mock Trial? Not even getting to trial. Murders? Not that specific crime...but does genocide count?
Fuck it. FAILED. Fight me on this one.
For cutting off our Trade with all parts of the world:
--Tariffs. FAILED.
For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent:
--TARIFFS. FAILED.
For depriving us in many cases, of the benefits of Trial by Jury:
--ICE deportations without due process, even arresting American citizens, and numerous human trafficking violations. FAILED.
For transporting us beyond Seas to be tried for pretended offences:
--Human trafficking of supposed 'illegal immigrants' and just disappearing them into other countries like El Salvador and Jordan with no due process. Not even tried, just skipping right to detention. FAILED.
For abolishing the free System of English Laws in a neighbouring Province, establishing therein an Arbitrary government, and enlarging its Boundaries so as to render it at once an example and fit instrument for introducing the same absolute rule into these Colonies:
--Not even in a neighboring country, but in our own country itself! Corruption of the courts, of the political system entire. Our government is currently Arbitrary on Trump's whims, and he is introducing absolute rule. We are the Colonies, Trump is the King. FUCK THE KING. FAILED.
For taking away our Charters, abolishing our most valuable Laws, and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments:
--Do you think he needs to LITERALLY do this through the LEGAL system? Nope! He's just fucking doing it without bothering to write it down. Our form of government has been altered. Our laws are not being applied fairly or equitably and he is above them. And so many of us cling to these 'charters' as if a fucking piece of paper is going to stop the red-faced white supremacist from following his orders to put that in the shredder too, along with everyone clinging to it.
FAILED.
For suspending our own Legislatures, and declaring themselves invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever.
--What are in now if not in a suspended legislature? What has he declared if not himself the smartest and most bestest in all things? FAILED.
He has abdicated Government here, by declaring us out of his Protection and waging War against us.
--LITERALLY THIS, LITERALLY THIS, LITERALLY THIS. Only in dumber words. FAILED.
He has plundered our seas, ravaged our Coasts, burnt our towns, and destroyed the lives of our people.
--Tariffs and demanding bribes from sea shipping companies. Environmental devastation and active disregard for Climate Change. WANTING our towns to be burnt so they can FILM it and use it for propaganda.
And the lives of TENS OF MILLIONS of people have already been destroyed. The destruction spreads outwards, daily, thousands at a time. Healthcare. Housing. Food insecurity. Criminalization. Just being Black or Hispanic and any ICE officer glimpsing at you. Life destroyed. FAILED.
He is at this time transporting large Armies of foreign Mercenaries to compleat the works of death, desolation and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty & perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy the Head of a civilized nation.
--Do they gotta be foreign? Domestic Mercenaries (ICE) are doing ALL OF THIS. FAILED.
He has constrained our fellow Citizens taken Captive on the high Seas to bear Arms against their Country, to become the executioners of their friends and Brethren, or to fall themselves by their Hands.
--Not on the seas specifically, but here on land at home. FAILED.
He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavoured to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless Indian Savages, whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.
--Domestic insurrections? January 6th was just the most notable one.

So, FAILED on insurrections, and we're not granting a pass on the second part either, because instead of Native People, the merciless White Supremacist / Christian Nationalist / Nazi Fascist, who's known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.
