1. Thats the Parliament building in Canada, not the UK. They are making it earthquake proof and adding some receiving area because the current entrance to visitors is exceptionally underwhelming.

I started cooking from (mostly) scratch 15 years ago. I lost weight, and my head felt like it cleared from a fog. There's so many preservatives and chemicals in processed foods that people who who live on junk have no idea how much more healthy they can feel eating real food they cook themselves.
