I get what you mean but you phrased it extremely poorly and doubling down isn't a great idea. A child that acts sexual, yes they do exist, usually a product of sexual abuse or over exposure to sexual media. Nobody is explicitly arguing against that. Is such a child a "slut"? Depends on how much agency you assign to the child, though I hope I don't need to explain why assigning that much agency to them regarding sexuality is a huge no-no. The child is not a slut.
