I dont think he should step down either.

because Jay jones will lose and possibly drag down spanberger with him. If they replace him the democrat will probably win.

Qualifying is only a few months away now and the state legislators who do the drawing will probably be busy with their own campaigns. Who gets to draw the new maps will be a huge issue in all those state races though.

This seems like too big of a thing for politicians to wait around for the results. I bet when this case started every single state in the union began drawing up potential maps just in case and are ready to act once the verdict is read.

It would be about the same. The case mainly impacts republican states needing to create ethnic Dem enclaves.

At least its honest. Anybody supporting him knows what they get and have no excuse when they get what they supported as the the reaction to it. Calling for somebody to be removed from a position just because he said no no text strings is just moral posturing on par with true believers as opportunists that deplatformed those saying nigger on social media.

It might not be compatible with the illusion of a stable society and might not appeal to the BoomerX wish of "calming things down", but in honesty fuck the old and their wish for stability so their retirement plans don't go up in smoke in a civil war - they sowed to profit, now its time to reap their life

If Alberta joins the States and adds two red seats to the government, would there be a good rush by the Democrats to try to get BC and the other liberal provinces to secede and join

I agree, reminds me of all the states that had trigger laws that made abortion illegal if Roe v Wade was repealed. They were already passed and went into effect immediately.
