The judge -- a woman, and a Clinton appointee -- is very obviously looking for ways to grant the restraining order. The admin lawyer arguing against it, a young woman, seems ill-prepared. The judge is demanding to address the merits of the case, and the admin lawyer evidently did not prepare any merits arguments for today (because it's just about the restraining order, they weren't expecting to have to litigate the actual case).

you can vote with those specfic licenses there maybe some magic DMV technology that marks it not able to used to vote.
