No one is really certain. I mean, only thing she had left to do to have the protective order granted as an initial matter was to show up to court in the first two weeks. Yeah, then it would cost to fight Patrick on whether to make it permanent, overrule it or so forth, but she pretty much had already paid the initial costs and got nothing out of it.
