Yes. Nick's lawyer, White, was implying during the HRO that April also had access to Aaron's Google account.

I am curious if White is willing to bring up April as someone who had access to the account again at the HRO part two. It's not beneath Nick White to do it once more seeing how the Ape escaped. At this point, she's collateral damage.

Considering some of the absolutely shit arguments he's made at Nick's direction, I'm certain he'd be willing to try it again if Nick asks.

The funny thing is even if they did somehow pass the hacking off onto April, it doesn't really help them that much. Aaron's argument is actually two-fold, that they illegally accessed his shit and that they then posted it online. Successfully blaming April for the initial access solves one part of it, but leaves the other which is just as relevant in terms of the whole harassment thing.
