I'm normally not one to get up in arms because "poor pupper", but this is just vile. What a roach.

This dog is a mixed-breed Tibetain Mastiff and Saint Bernard, it's an extremely high maintenance working dog, she has no place in an urban place like LA and certainly not confined to a mat hours on end. Who even let a streamer who sits on his ass all day adopt her ?
