Im so beyond getting upset at this stuff at this point, it just makes me laugh

in the same breath asian dumbo over here says

"By increasing the price to import goods from china it will encourage people in the US to buy from other countries"

followed by

"but you know most of the materials to make the good also come from china"

Economics niggers deserve more blame for this than the will get, their insistence to make basic concepts sound super complicated so they can be payed more is bordering on subversive at this point.

I simply dont know how to make the people who rally around the tariff issue realize that its the business they are buying from that is "raising the price". The same business could change where it gets its manufactured goods and eat the cost until it gets up to profitable scale, THAT HOW CAPITALISM WORKS, ITS ONE OF ITS FEW PURE ASSESTS, it allows the market to decide what something is worth.

The idea that Trump or china or anyone but the final seller has ANY control of the consumer price is laughable

The 11th amendment grants a positive right to states to be free from suit. The existence of the 11th amendment actually supports the interpretation of the broad Constitution.

The Preamble describes who the Constitution was created by, not a binding on who it is for. Otherwise the 3/5ths compromise would not have ever been legally enforceable, as slaves were not citizens.
