To the absolute surprise of no one another judge has ruled that the Secretary of State Rubio and Head of Homeland Security Noem are not allowed to revoke foreigner visitors visa's on the base of anything they say... as I guess the First Amendment applies to foreigners too?

I mean that whats his judge is arguing, that the US Constitution applies to pretty much everyone in the world as long as they are currently in the US.
This case is about the Hamas supporting Harvard student that Rubio ordered removed because he lied on his visa application after he was caught stirring up people at the school to attack da Joos. A week ago a immigration judge ordered him removed after yet another Biden judge ordered him to be given yet another immigration review hearing and that Federal judge also ordered that the fact he lied on his visa application and that he is a known Hamas supporter be ignored for the purposed of said review because....well because the federal judge said so really. That's the truth. There was no basis in fact in his order but thankfully Rubio stepped in when he heard and issued a sworn statement about this camel fucking Hamas bro.
The immigration judge still ruled that SoS Rubio has preeminence in authority (which he does in matter of foreign affairs) over that federal judge when it comes to matters such as this and so ordered the removal go ahead.
So of course another terrorist loving Democrat judge stepped in and now ruled that he cannot be deported on the ground of free speech, remember the other judge ordered the lies on his visa application and the fact he is a open Hamas support be set aside, so thus the SoS cannot order a deportation just because this guy said something Trump didn't like. I'm not kidding that's he reason.
The judge writes:
"The president's palpable misunderstanding that the government simply cannot seek retribution for speech he disdains poses a great threat to Americans' freedom of speech."
"Noem and Rubio acted in concert to misuse the sweeping powers of their respective offices to target noncitizen pro-Palestinians for deportation primarily on account of their First Amendment protected political speech, and did so through targeted deportation proceedings aimed at pro-Palestinian student activists across the country, which continues unconstitutionally to chill freedom of speech to this day."
"Rubio and Noem acted with "invidious" intent: "to target a few for speaking out and then use the full rigor of the Immigration and Nationality Act (in ways it had never been used before) to have them publicly deported with the goal of tamping down pro-Palestinian student protests and terrorizing similarly situated non-citizen (and other) pro-Palestinians into silence because their views were unwelcome."
This judge also took the time to point out how evil Trump and ICE are and then went on to compared them to the KKK. Biased much?
"This Court has listened carefully to the reasons given by Öztürk's captors for masking-up and has heard the same reasons advanced by the defendant Todd Lyons, Acting Director of ICE. It rejects this testimony as disingenuous, squalid and dishonorable. ICE goes masked for a single reason — to terrorize Americans into quiescence. To us, masks are associated with cowardly desperados and the despised Ku Klux Klan. In all our history we have never tolerated an armed masked secret police."
So yah more delays for getting rid of this camel-fucker just like we all suspected. The Democrat judges will twist and bend every and any law just as long as it gets them a victory over Orange Man Bad. I still don't think this ruling will stand for long but it will probably drag out for months if not a year before it gets to the SCOTUS.
It be my guess Trump has long forgotten about this one camel-fucker but the Dem shills are desperate for any kind of victory over him so they will push that this rebel rousing open terrorist supporter should be allowed to stay in the US and stir up all kinds of trouble just because Orange Man Bad.
