I've been ill as fuck these last couple of days and made the mistake of watching more Raw Phil than I should of. Maybe my fever riddled brain is contributing to it, but I cannot get off the fact he said "It is not my job to make a game entertaining".

The crazy part is I fully believe that's how he feels. He sees the value of his streams being the gameplay itself. Which is completely insane as beyond playing a game poorly, he adds zero to it. His commentary isn't insightful and more often than not purely observational to whats happening on screen "Woah dude he fell over". "Eggman in a drill kart". That is of course, when he's not panhandling or blaming the game/hardware for his own ineptitude.

He rarely prepares in advance for a stream and the extent of his creativity is wearing a hat thats marginally on theme. Its not interactive (aside from naming things in Minecraft for Money).

He's a hermit so he never has any form of network or guests to rely on or jump in for variety. He possesses no insider knowledge or interesting insight or perspective from his life experience that makes him unique.

Yet despite all that, he truly firmly believes he puts in an honest days work when he ends his streams. His brain must be preserved and studied for future generations. I geniunely am amazed at his levels of delusion.

Phil is so physically repulsive that his posing and flexing, which he does A LOT of since beginning the Phit Arc, upsets me viscerally to the point where I physically turn away or hold up a hand in front of my eyes. Seriously, both have happened more than once. He should never emphasize his embodied state. It’s a loser for him.
  2. He is whining so much recently. “Don’t hold out.” “The damn sun.” “How am I supposed to entertain you when I play bad games?” “Even when I show proof the detractors don’t accept it because they’re no-loads.” Jesus man, shut the fuck up!

I suspect that this "fuck you, pay me" attitude he so brazenly has been showcasing, is the result of DSP Reacts and DSP Politics failing. He let slip a few times that he talked to his major whales about the future of his channel and that they said he should focus on video games and not other stuff, like politics. In other words, they basically told Phil that he's their personal jester and if he wants to keep receiving the big donations, he better keep playing video games until the day he dies. That was probably when realised that his life is being controlled by a few whimsical, mentally ill faggots and in order for his narc ego to compensate, he countered their attitude with, "you want me play video games? Fine, but you'll have to keep your word and pay me every stream." He outright said that he wanted to shift away from video games and I think it's obvious he resents the people that prevented him from being able to do that.

As long as he has his findom discord group bailing him out of everything he will treating everyone like trash, his CCV could go to 5 and he will sitll not care as long as the group pay him

I remember someone in twitter saying that you can tell when one in the findom group leaves because he get more desperate for goals but then start going with his "my content is free yadda yadda you dont have to support" when he gets a new one

Such is life for an addicted begger, and beggers can't always be choosers. His whales are piggybank money creatures to him, but by extension phil becomes a muppet to his most loyal whales.

I feel like Phil resents being obligated to do anything in order to make money; his ire is currently focused on video games because that's his main thing at the moment, but if he did manage to transition into doing react content or political grifting or whatever he'd grow to hate it just as much. I've said it before, but I honestly can't imagine what kind of job Phil would actually enjoy doing because he doesn't seem to enjoy doing anything except for indulging in the basest of base pleasures (eating, drinking, acquiring money, etc). Maybe gambling streamer? Although he'd probably still resent the fact that he has to actually get up and record himself doing something, even if it's something that he ostensibly likes to do.
