Apparently an arrest was made in the ABC station shooting, and to no one's surprise the suspect is a leftist involved with the education system:
Police were able to identify a suspect vehicle, which led them to a residence in the 5400 block of Carlson Drive, in the River Park neighborhood east of downtown. Hernandez-Santana was booked into the Sacramento County Main Jail.
According to jail records, he is being held on $200,000 bail and is due to appear in court on Tuesday afternoon.
Hernandez-Santana is a former health policy analyst for the California Rural Indian Health Board. In 2019, he sued the non-profit group for discrimination and retaliation, alleging that he was terminated after being denied time off to care for his disabled son.
According to the complaint, Hernandez-Santana’s job involved tracking state legislation and assisting with Affordable Care Act implementation. When Hernandez-Santana was fired in 2018, he got into a verbal confrontation with his supervisors, who ultimately called the police, according to the complaint. The suit was withdrawn in 2020.

A LinkedIn account matching that name indicates he previously was a legislative director for the California Federation of Teachers, and is now retired and engaged in “full time parenting.”
An X account matching that profile contains a steady stream of anti-Trump commentary.
“The authoritarian oligarchy is now complete,” the account posted in July. “CBS+ caving, big law firms in DC, the subservients FBI and AG, university presidents stepping down, fan boys SCOTUS, public radio, ICE goons. We are going to have to ‘fight like hell’. Rules don’t apply if election was stolen. FIGHT!”
On Thursday, the account posted: “Where is a good heart attack when we need it the most?? Please Join in my thoughts and prayers for the physical demise of our fearful leader.”
Hernandez-Santana studied regional and city planning at UC Berkeley and law at UC Law San Francisco, according to a Facebook profile matching the other social media accounts.

Been wanting to find this post, saw someone else share it in the forums of a different BF game. Of course, this fag has his account locked from guests view. I've heard that's true of Bluesky in general right now though post shooting.

Plenty of Zoomers only knew Kirk as "that racist dude with the goofy face". They might not be happy he's dead, but many of them don't care that he is and will make jokes about it, doubly so if people keep getting upset about it. Keep in mind that more of them think Tyler Robinson was a MAGA guy than know he was a furry with a trans lover, which makes this whole situation funnier to them since they think he was murdered by one of his own supporters.

Because mainstream society has told you to embrace your delusions and that the treatment for your mental health issues is indulging in them for hedonistic fulfillment. Then they gaslight you into believing it's people that don't agree with your fucked ideology are the reason your mental issues aren't going away.

Turns out that's not even remotely the solution for the issue and now 6 people are dead, including three 9 year old children.

Because that's what I've seen for the last 3 or so days. Since I calmed down, and started thinking maybe adding fuel to the fire that is the anger in the aftermath of is a bad idea. Anything that isn't full on raging against the left. Is taken as if I'm supporting them.

Literally people replying to shit I said about not wanting to escalate, saying "it's already escalated"

As if the only choice is to continue escalation .

And saying "it's not our responsibility to promote nonviolence".

On the day after the shooting happened. I was looking for people's profiles, and posting screenshots here, of the insane people that celebrated the shooting happening. Or that were spreading misinformation about how Charlie was some white supremacist, and wanted children to be killed in shootings.

But I pretty quickly realized. It's a bad idea to give into the kind of thinking that led to him getting killed in the first place. And if I'm promoting the same hate in the other direction. I'm as bad as the people that told the trannies that they are about to be rounded up in camps.

Don't be cattle, there is no locking arms with people that want you dead stupid. They believe your political views are inherently violent and that holding them is an act of violence itself, they think you sharing your views is you participating in genocide and because of this they will never just let you exist.

The entire purpose of this thread is to catalogue and discuss the conditions that lead to the Kirk assassination and the resulting fallout from it. Concern trolling faggotry about extending grace and understanding to people who have already made clear they won't reciprocate doesn't add anything of value.

I don't know how many times people have to tell you that no one is advocating for any kind of violent reprisal, you just keep making up this narrative that that is what's going on here so you can preen yourself over how enlightened and above it all you are.

There are lots of potential reactions to an event like this and lots of potential means of action going forward depending on one's views and goals, but "hey guys can we just like not do or feel anything?" is a gay and retarded non-answer.

How is this any different than the leftist narrative that "all MAGA chuds want to trans genocide us valid trans bipoc latinx folx and therefore they are ontologically evil and can not be reasoned with and should be banned from all public spaces"? Please enlighten me.
