This is something that has bugged me since the early days of troonacy. As a woman on the internet since the 90s, I've been misgendered pretty much on a daily basis most of my life. The worst that's come of it has been mild annoyance depending on the topic at hand. I've never had a mental breakdown or felt the need to "IT'S MA'AM" someone for calling me "dude" or "this guy" or whatever. My name is one of those that has male and female variations, and for most of high school other female friends would call me by the male version as a nickname. No existential breakdowns.

The trans movement is unique in being a movement of gullible liars. They all make shit up constantly but they instantly believe each other's and perhaps their own bullshit. I think it's to do with the fact that the heart of transgenderism is an enormous lie, they have trained themselves to stop disbelieving anything.

While Nicholas DeOrio definitely goes along with the trans shit, he's definitely not deep in the trans cult. And yet he casually brought up the mold thing as a funny fact that he had learned. People who are not ideologically captured are definitely falling for the lies because it's repeated everywhere and it's hard to believe that that many people would just repeat a lie like that.

I think that Rowling would be morally justified in suing certain people for libel on that alone. It would be a waste of money and would definitely backfire (and she's definitely smart enough to recognize that), but she would definitely be morally justified. It's pretty fucked up that people can just make up slander about you and spread it persistently enough that people widely believe it, it's literally high school bully shit. I don't think it's worth gutting free speech in general, but this is definitely one of those cases where two legitimate sets of rights directly contradict each other.

Yet another irony, trannies refuse to even recognize that there is a legitimate contradiction between trans rights and women's rights and we need to have a serious debate on which ones should prevail. If they'd been willing to have that debate 5 years ago when they were at the height of their power there wouldn't be all this backlash against them today. They probably could have kept almost everything except for women's sports.

In my family most of us go by middle names or nicknames. If we get called by the full official firstname, there may be some mild confusion but no one freaks out or gets upset. It just shows how mentally unstable troons and poons are.

If you suspect someone online is a troon but they don't have the pedo flag or pronouns in bio, just casually start calling them "dude," "bro," "my guy," "bud," etc. Women won't bother to correct you, but troons will get hopping mad.

God, the levels of "educate yourself" are off the charts. I love the way they unintentionally out every single one of their claims as either entirely baseless or chinese-whispers-style innuendo.

"Quoted mein kampf... positively!" is the best. She quoted it to show how troon activists sound and act exactly like hitler. They went on to prove her point.

It’s such a good display of the thought process many of them go through if someone calls bullshit. First comes the claims, then passive aggressive linking, then more wild claims, then getting angry and telling the person to “UGH, educate yourself, don’t make a whole subforum do the work for you.” Telling them to think for themselves and see the information themselves versus continuing a game of clickbait telephone spooked them.

It seemed like OP knew what she was doing. They played right into her hand.

The kid isn't mad because they randomly called him the wrong name, he's mad because they ruined his game of pretend.
