Why is this happening? I have never in my entire life seen companies so utterly terrified of offending conservatives. This is going beyond firing employees for blatant calls to violence, they are now actively kowtowing. Why, what is driving this behavior?
I really wish I could see the faces of these absolute fucking morons when they got called into the office or got the phone call. The majority of the folks that are being reported to their employers don't have jobs that are trivial to get into like restaurant or retail, but a position that takes at least some time and effort to earn, and they chose to nuke their careers because they were moronic enough to gravedance on public accounts that usually outright told people where they work.

His mom was probably a helicopter parent who woke him up to a full, balanced breakfast every morning, made sure he got to school on time, nagged him to do his homework, and double-checked to make sure he did. Once he got to college and had to organize and motivate himself, he failed completely. I knew several kids in college like this, and a few of my friend's kids went the same way.
Smartest person I knew growing up, the guy who taught me assembler, wound up leaving college after a semester while on a free ride to a non-safety school to work as a car mechanic.
In this case, I meant it more in a modern sense, but by definition progressiveness is the moving away from more traditional values. I'm using the term traditional to define tradition (as in established social and cultural norms that are generally continued from previous generations and upheld with a modicum of respect)

probably because those employees are a nuisance to deal with, far right people overwhelmingly choose to hide their real views when at work, leftists and a lot of the radical variants think they're untouchable expressing their opinions IRL because they genuinely think they're doing the right thing, that type of behavior is obnoxious at best and actively toxic at worst, which creates a not-fun workplace.
Because if someone thinks "yeah, assassination is great!" one day they'll show up at work for target practice because they didn't get headpats for staying 5 minutes late.
