Here's what I don't like about the "precise shot placement" line: how do you know what the shooter's point of aim was?

Real rough math I did in the last thread, but if you assume point of aim was center-head (like in the epicsauce cowadoody kill cams a college age person would be familiar with) an impact on the neck is off by a little over 1 mil from 200 yards. That's a normal amount of imprecision for an untrained or casual shooter who forgot about gravity.

Shooter shot center mass from 200 yards. Two days of shooting gets you there. The neck was hit because Charlie was wearing a bulletproof vest and the projectile ricochet upwards. See the shirt and how the upper torso has some insert; the shirt flailed wildly because it was being pierced twice with the energy.
