Featured on Sep 10, 2025 by Null: Charlie Kirk, co-founder of Turning Point USA (TPUSA), was assassinated during a Utah Valley University event. FBI states they have video of the shooter but no further details are public.

Charlie Kirk was shot at an event at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah on Wednesday.

Bystanders report seeing Kirk shot near his neck during a Q&A with students.

A suspect is in custody, according to a UVU alert sent to students. The campus is on lockdown.

Multiple reports currently say Charlie Kirk made it to the hospital and is currently stable but the extent of his injuries and likelihood of recovery isn't currently known. He is in critical condition.

Seeing all these people celebrate and make jokes about Kirk's death...it's just like the Christian school shooting and Catholic Mass shooting. It gives me such an heavy and enraged feeling. How many people have to be killed by psychos before something is done?? I don't know what but SOMETHING.

Things have escalated a lot and the overton window of campus debates has shifted since the pre to early Trump times. Back then the focus was still Austrian economic theory and civic nationalism. Back then the worst thing to happen was a riot outside Milo's Berkely event and Milo was by far the edgiest person doing a national campus tour at the time. The debate-bro types moved to hotter topics than tax rates and national debt, in line with all public political discourse. Issues leftists are more radicalized towards.

Relating to this, Crowder implies he was shot for talking about 'lowering taxes'. Assuming Kirk was shot by a leftist, they didn't kill him for suggesting a reduction in corporate tax rates. 100:1 odds they did it for trannies, palestine, accelerationism or another hot issue that motivates insane leftists. Political discourse towards violence/terrorism has changed drastically to get us to this point. This would not happen a decade ago.
