Couldn't agree more. FFT is legitimately artistic, the writing especially. It does sort of devolve by the end into typical Final Fantasy tropes, but it's not bad in and of itself.

I don't think there's any game I beat more than Star Fox 64. Pokemon Yellow or Mario 3 maybe.

God hand gave us things like no more heroes and is incredible. But IT really was rough around the edges.
Max Payne was a really solid experience that led to a lot of other great games too.

TF2 is one of the best FPSes that was ruined by loot crates, apathy from the devs, and lots of weapon variety.
The original pure form though? Perfection.
SoC is a great game, but again its a one time experience. You can sink hundreds of hours into TF2 and still enjoy yourself.

Not a single solitary thought went into my vote, I chose those like Ultra Instinct (even though I never even played God Hand it definitely seems better than Max Payne, which is clunky and boring).

There's a lot of replay value in SotC if you want to 100%, some of those time trials are fucking hard (I'm pretty sure one was only possible if you use a glitch to launch yourself right to the weak point).

Sadly it is correct you can only experience the spectacle of first encountering the colossi once, though, but to me this vote comes down to would you prefer to go to a fancy restaurant once or McDonald's every day.
 
I love God Hand and Max Payne, but MP was a trendsetter for gaming and bullet time is the greatest mechanic ever made. God Hand needed more time in the oven but still ended up a fairly decent game anyway. Not decent enough to get a port or anything but still decent.
