Dan is likely worse than Destiny in every way. In an episode of Anything Else he talks about how much work went into trying to regulate the amount of predators on Tinychat.

But in an interview in 2011 for Engadget, Dan, who curiously uses his middle name Blake instead of Saltman, takes full credit for adding a location sharing feature that narrows down chatrooms to a 10 mile radius. Why would someone who is aware of how many predators the website has, choose to add something like that?

Dan then goes on to suggest it's only for innocent purposes, like if you have a mutual shared hobby of fishing, you can make friends locally to go fishing on Tinychat. The interviewer then mentions that the Tinychat website emphatically states not to meet with anyone from the site, and then points out the obvious dissonance from the CEO.

In the video, he describes the hashtag #nsfwtwt, which Rose posted her content with multiple times. He DM'd her one day after she posted under that hashtag. Unless he is so mentally disabled that he can't wipe his ass, he had to put two and two together at some point. @Potentially Criminal Do you think there's a mens rea here, based on these facts?

Combine this with the Twitter DMs that are basically confirmed to be real at this point, where he backs off of getting her ID and settles for just knowing she's real, and all the other red flags. It paints a vivid picture of someone who, at best, was willfully ignorant, and, at worst, knowingly consuming child porn.
