Hardin submitted his billings of about $5000 for the work in question. A tard-shielding judge reduced it to $1000, and tacked on a $500 penalty after 6 months of stalling. $1500 is woefully insufficient, Josh probably blew that much money just having Hardin respond to the delaying tactics this year.

That's my point. For Null $1500 is meaningless. For Russtard it's a financial emergency, which is very funny.

I'm wondering... What happens now? Obviously Hardin will update the court but... The judges involved get to pretentious like everything is ok and we go back to... Outstanding request for the RO application that still isn't produced by Greer? I'm wholly assuming the tard guarding will continue and no one of the dismissals are going to get any attention

I think his parents would authorize paying the sanction just so he doesn't go to jail for contempt.

If that was the case, I suspect the real holdup was that Russell's dad agreed to the original sanction amount in February, and Russ didn't wanna crawl back to dad and admit he never paid what he thought was settled months ago, and because of it, now needs another $500!
 
I suspect that Russell will eventually find some very peculiar way to characterize this. "The Kiwi Farms stalkers with the help of the Criminal Judge basically blackmailed me by threatening to send me to jail if I didn't pay them!" Something like that.

I think Rusty's parents gave him this cash. I doubt that gimp faced ragman had $1500 to his name. I don't think it was likely that the judge would issue an arrest warrant for contempt over this, but his parents maybe thought so.

I just have a hard time believing this bamboon who was sleeping under a bridge would have $1500 to his name.

Wouldn’t change much, him writing a cheque is intent to pay. There can be many reasons payment would fail but that can’t be automatically taken as Russ’ fault and Null would have to allow him time to remedy it.

That would be considered “bad faith” to do that. Null has to accept it and let the courts decide if Russ should get further late penalties.

But is that true? The man lies like a boat floats. He can't actually be as destitute as he claims.

Either he has the means to keep the lawsuit going (and make Null fork out more) purely out of spite, or he genuinely believes that this lawsuit he frequently deprioritizes and only occasionally remembers is about copyright has merit, at least in the eyes of a friendly court.
