Is he really going to be stupid enough to not to pay the sanctions? The case is going to be dismissed if he doesn't. I mean, I know he's stupid, but surely...? Does he secretly want the case to end?

I think Hardin will file that he didn't receive any payments on Tuesday because he's not getting it.

Russ will indignantly respond with a receipt of ACH transfer, calling Hardin a liar.

We will learn that Russ uses electronic banking and bill pay like everyone else despite previous filings. Russ will claim he mistakenly chose a different recipient than Hardin as they were right net to each other in his list. "Truly an honest mistake."

A little digging and Hardin will learn that the money was sent to a deposit account Russell keeps at some Brothel. Russ is going to need some time to claw back this unfortunate banking error. Russ will claim the bank isn't helping and the brothel doesn't send money back.

Classic Russtard "It's not my fault, it's the banks fault. Hardin should have initiated it, not me. In order to comply, the court needs to order this brothel to send money to Hardin."

I don't doubt he has the money but I think he could on at least some level recognize that the case won't end with him getting a million dollars from Null. So why pay if he's just gonna lose anyway? Sure Hardin/Null will eventually collect but only after way more time and effort is spent, and one of the reasons for this case even existing is to waste everyone's fucking time.

Looking forward to Greer's newest plightsperging in the show cause order if he didn't submit a wire at 11:59PM.

Nah dude, surely THIS TIME it'll be the end of Mr. Green! I mean, surely the court has just been giving Goofy Greee enough rope to hanging himself, and after almost 6 years and multiple cuckings from the judge this will undoubtedly be it! There's absolutely no way we get a show cause order, Shit Lips PLIGHT spergs some more, and at the end the judge says "Oh you poor little retard, sure you've done nothing but shit all over the docket and will continue to do so, but it sounds like this Kiwi Orchards have been really mean to you! Let the case continue!" and nothing happens to him for his fuckery.

And if it does, well, that's just the judge giving Russell more rope to hang himself later! 🤡

I think the Magistrate has fuck-all prepared and has pretty much completely checked out. I don't even think he'll make any moves, he's put his feet up and is letting Barlow handle this shitshow.

I think Hardin will show failure to pay and Greer will reply later today or tomorrow that he is a super special retard who deserves a final, final, final, final, final chance to pay because he's trying to pay.
He'll offer some payment schedule which the court will accept because the tardguarding will continue.

My ideal situation is Greer outright refusing to pay and questioning the court why he should ever pay Null, because it will be hilarious.
 
I expect Hardin to file some emails with his notice showing greee acting like a big bamboon and then we hear nothing for a few weeks maybe a month before the judge disappoints us again.

I've said my bit. I still hope I am wrong and Shitlips digs in his heels or starts being sheisty and making excuses for not paying.

I doubt either judge has prepared anything, this seems to be a minor case for them despite it's importance to us and being cited in Supreme Court. Barlow will wing it depending on what Hardin's report states happened or didn't happen.

I think nothing will probably happen today. Russell had until yesterday to make the payment, Hardin will probably wait for a few days before filing anything in case Russell hasn't paid just to make sure the payment isn't pending.
 
I'm going to bet Russell did not pay, but not because he's a stubborn little tard who refuses to pay that big meanie Joshua Moon. I'll bet his finances are being controlled by his parents, and he's spent the last 24 hours begging them for the money so his lolsuit can continue. His parents, meanwhile, stopped listening when he said, "...and if I don't pay, my case will be dismissed!"

Or he's filing an emergency tantrum to explain why he cannot/should not pay.

In all, I think the odds are good that he didn't pay up.
