If I understand this right, polls say the Democrats are seen in a more unfavorable way then their Republican counterparts but they are expected to win the 2026 midterms?
I agree with the assessment "The Dems will probably get a majority in one or both houses of congress" but not the reasoning; the reason is that's just what fucking happens every midterm. It'll be voters holding their noses and trying to counterbalance the executive.

China may be spookier than Russia right now but their window to act is closing fast and they can't even take Taiwan, an isolated island that would provide inestimable value for maintaining their seat as something that matters in the long-term. They can't take it because the US won't allow it.
They can't take it because it is one of the most naturally defensive island in the world. Russia was able to fumble the Ukraine invasion because they can afford the attrition game and keep up the pressure long term. China can't afford to fumble an invasion of Taiwan because if they fuck up the inital amphibious assault and couldn't establish a secure beach head, that's it, Taiwan won. Their navy is done and needs months or even years of rebuilding, the element of suprise is spent, and they might start getting heat from other countries sick of their shit. They can try doing their own blitz and fight a protracted air war but I'm sure the Arsenal of Democracy would be more than willing to keep the MIC executives fed by lending more planes to make up for any losses. Then hypothetically they do take the island. The microchip factories which is one of Taiwan's most important industries are scuttled and the company moves shop fully to the US giving their rival a massive advantage.

It is a big gamble with a lot to lose and little to gain besides settling grudges. Status quo is in their best interest for the time being.

Another one in Texas who tried to do the whole "I'm a free man on the land", refusing to speak to the officer and only passing a printed out Articles of Confederation screed. The cop called in his supervisor who look one look at the document, destroyed every argument, and (talking to his fellow officer by means of telling the retard how fucked he was) "This guy got a jailhouse lawyer who told him to repeat this line and confused being more trouble than he was worth with being right. He's also probably figuring because we aren't hauling him to jail right now this piece of paper is going save him, but he doesn't realize that we can't arrest him for just sitting in a parked car even if its running. But the minute he puts that car in gear, we'll have him. The only way for him to get out of this situation is to go inside the store there and call a buddy to come out and drive him home."
Which the guy in the car promptly does. lol j/k he waits for the cops to walk away, and as soon as the car is gone from his back bumper tries to make a run for it. He doesn't get far with two texas cops on him and ready for him to be retarded.
Was he using one of those bogus license plates? Trying to dodge vehicle registration always struck me as the pettiest thing to get super-dramatic and jail-bound over.

What bombers? Russia doesn't have a bomber fleet anymore.
You talking about the attack on the bomber fleet, where the cabbage niggers sperged out for days, pretending they single handed my took out dozens of planes?

Until visual evidence showed that they destroyed like 3 or 4 and damaged a couple more out of a fleet of dozens, that furthermore left the most modern supersonic bombers untouched?

FOUND THE BOOMER REDDITOR FAG lol

I never got the logic of sovereign citizens.

They simultaneously believe that we’re being ruled by a powerful conspiracy of lawyers and judges, but also that there are special magic words that somehow make the enforcers and rulers go: “Ok! Sorry! Be on your merry way!”

Most of their antics are also so bitchy and passive aggressive. Like when they hold their license and registration up to the car window, because they believe the law only says you need to “present it” instead of handing it to the cop or whatever.

China doesn’t need to “take” Taiwan because their economies are intertwined.

Most Taiwanese companies have factories in China, and Chinese own Taiwanese companies. Not only is Taiwan packed with CCP agents, their economies are so intertwined that an actual war would hurt Chinas economical interests just as much as it would hurt Taiwanese.

Which is why they’ll avoid a war unless there’s no other way out. Time is on their side, and Taiwan, which is already basically a Chinese Economic Interest zone will eventually become fully vassalized.

I honestly can't remember, its been years and the internet isn't helping and how the police got onto him was secondary to him getting schooled. But it was a great case of "The supervisor you asked for is literally telling you with explicit instructions how to not to go to jail today" and the guy being too retarded to take the life line.

Found the KGB stooge. Cope harder.

I cannot imagine being this retarded. If you're so scared of the cops "infringing on rights" and want to record their "crime", why would you be borderline harassing them, making enemies for yourself for no gain? Why not record them covertly or from a distance where you're safe?

Making law enforcement hate you is never a good thing. When the stakes are high, you want them on your side.
Most of us have seen LEO in action. Most of us have had at least one interaction with a police officer. Whether you are the one needing assistance, the one needing the taser up your ass, a routine traffic stop mark or just a cousin at a holiday party, you've had an interaction unless you are uber-rural or a shut in or something. And if you've had an interaction, you know it's probably more likely than not you're coming away from that interaction having had a negative experience.

Why these assholes invite the negative interaction - wait - why they beg for the negative interaction is beyond me, as it just can't be simple masochism given the surprise they nearly all show upon getting stomped, dragged, ignored, screamed at, etc.

For the past 25 years or so most PD recruit ex-military straight from the GWOT who are trained to interact with terrorists that might detonate their suicide vests at any moment. Anybody not also wearing a uniform is to be treated as a deadly threat at all times. Now add a dash of PTSD to the mix. That's a big reason.

2 jeets in a truck made an illegal U-turn and killed 3 in Florida. it was caught on video but still no charges as of yet.
While this video, and what happened to a trio of people just out for a nice drive is horrifying, equally horrifying to me is the jeet having a jeet air freshener. What the hell can a jeet air freshener smell like? When you open the door to a porta potty at an over packed music festival?

I'm calling bullshit. Unless you finna produce some stats.

My life brings me in close contact with law enforcement on a semi-regular basis. I've been very close friends with a lot of cops, both local and in other states.

The few I've known who were vets who had seen active combat were the chillest, most reliable dudes I know. They didn't posture or flex. Even in stressful situations I don't know that I ever saw one of them so much as flinch or worry. If someone did get uppity they acted decisively but calmly.

I don't want to disparage all the other cops I've known because it's not an easy job but if I'm being honest most were real shitheads. Their need to flex over people pointlessly screamed inferiority complex.

They’re laughing, but this is actually extremely embarrassing. Their society is so broken that a major foreign dignitary doing a simple activity with one of their political leaders for a photo op was considered illegal
Or to look at it another way, it’s a rare instance of the laws that the common man has to obey (for good reason) actually being enforced against someone with wealth and power.
More of that please.

They actually should but they dont have to, and the issue is if they dont ANY good defense attorney is going to use that to throw away the case before it even makes it to court. There's a reason it exists and when cops don't do it 90% of the time the defense is able to get the case thrown out or get any and all statements made during said time thrown out.
Uh...no. Miranda only applies when you're in custodial interrogation. This is criminal procedure day 1 stuff. If the cops arrest you and you blurt out your plans to engage in a mass bombing campaign, they can use that against you because it's a volunteered statement.

If I turn and ask him "Was that behind the 7-11 on Whipple?" anything he says after that is almost certainly inadmissible.
Only if he was in custody at the time. That's why cops can come to your home and ask you incriminating questions without providing the Miranda warnings.

The closer you get to Russia, the more scared for your country you become. Reasonably so.
Those countries should probably stop doing dumb shit to annoy Russia then.
pretending like Russia isn't enemy #1 is delusional.
Allowing Russia to be our enemy is retarded. They should be our friend, not China's.
Ukraine has strategic value due to its mineral deposits
Ukraine has nothing we want or need. Plenty of minerals in the US, including rare earths. The minerals deal was Trump trying to find any kind of "win" so he can later claim at least we got something for the hundreds of billions of dollars we blew up in Ukraine. If we needed minerals, Russia has a lot more than Ukraine does.

B-BUT THE LAWYER ON YOUTUBE SAID--
But Nick rekeita said I could.

Moosa Jatt appears to be some indian action movie about farmers rising up or something. He's also holding the gun to his head(something the driver should have done before ever coming to America)

It's hitting them for the first time, right square in the face, that yes, the government actually can bring down the hammer pretty fucking hard any time it wants to, and the previously impervious tactic of "just take out the camera and start recording lol!" doesn't do jack shit anymore.
They were actually fine with it during the COVID lockdowns and January 6th. Now, the shoe’s on the other foot and it’s suddenly a problem. They don’t care about due process, just power.
