It's pretty amazing that Trump has basically managed to build a growing legion of brownshirts loyal to him and the country, an they're happy to say so.

Swallowswell recently threatened that when his party gets back in power he intends to prosecute ICE operatives... Which is obviously true, but also insane to broadcast. You have a somewhat militarized police force spread throughout the country catching and removing your support base, and you, while powerless, threaten to hunt them like dogs.

Those men are absolutely loyal to Trump and now you're making them explicitly YOUR enemies. They have absolutely every motivation in the world to ensure you never retake power.

Beyond the standard arrogance they display (they all have that same "I WANT YOUR BADGE NUMBER!" trait every other nigger and Karen who ever gets arrested has), you can hear the terror in their voices. They're asking a couple of very important rhetorical questions -- namely "so you don't have to identify yourselves?" and "is this even legal?" and "is this due process?" -- and it scares the actual living shit out of them that the answer to all three questions is "yes."

It's hitting them for the first time, right square in the face, that yes, the government actually can bring down the hammer pretty fucking hard any time it wants to, and the previously impervious tactic of "just take out the camera and start recording lol!" doesn't do jack shit anymore.

For people accustomed to being able to scare off an angry cop just by flashing a camera, avoid accountability by yelling at police and escaping justice by demanding names and badge numbers, meeting "anonymous" (but clearly "official") law enforcement agents doing their jobs and not obliged to censor themselves or bow to the riff-raff has to be the most terrifying experience of their lives.

As an aside, my other favorite little bit of trivia that often kicks arrestees in the balls is the twist in recent years that the police don't actually have to even read you the Miranda warnings when they arrest you if they aren't asking any questions relevant to the alleged crime. You can be detained, arrested, searched, booked, processed and jailed without ever seeing a badge number, hearing a name, being handed a single piece of paper or even told your charge(s), and it's all perfectly legal. You are, in fact, entitled to know what you're being charged with, and that's formally done at your arraignment, which could be hours, days or even weeks (depending on jurisdiction) away. Not before then. So long as the government does that part, it's done nothing illegal by remaining otherwise silent apart from ordering you in and out of cars, cells, cuffs, benches, scanners, etc.

They don't even have to let you have a phone call at the jail, especially if you're being a cunt, and you can just meet with your court-appointed attorney at arraignment if you insist on being an impolite, uncooperative shithead, and he can figure out how to contact and hire your preferred attorney on your behalf instead.

Our government is just far more courteous than it has to be, and today's criminals, yuppies, and libtards have all been spoiled rotten by it. It's delightful watching that all crumble right before their eyes. The party's over, kids, the grown-ups with big-boy pants have arrived, and they've got a few decades' worth of pent up grouchiness ready to pour into the cleanup. Get under foot at your own risk.

I just would like to point out that people have this grave misunderstanding that officers have to identify themselves at all times. Not only is that not true but ICE is under the jurisdiction of the department of homeland security, the regulations and laws of DHS does not require a federal DHS agent to identify themselves for any reason at all, its why ICE can do stuff that not even the FBI would be allowed to do like concealing their identity when not undercover.

lol the funny part is I've heard cops tell people to stop getting legal advice from TikTok and Youtube when they express horror at their magic incantations failing to free them from arrest. It almost always shuts them up.

Indeed! Ironically, the right time to protest this kind of "gestapo"-style law enforcement would have been at the passing of the Patriot Act that brought DHS into existence in the first place. In fact, I recall being part of those protests (back when Bush Jr. was still enforcing those delightful "free speech zones" with fences and signs with arrows and such) and this was one of my biggest concerns. Oddly enough, the government itself was more polite about my objections than my peers. The worst Bush Jr. and friends did was shoo us into fenced-in "free speech zones," while peers and colleagues mocked us for being "paranoid" and "worried over nothing."

None of these faggots were either 1) paying any attention, 2) taking it seriously (instead of mocking us) or 3) alive at the time, so now that I've made my peace with the now-permanent erosion of civil liberties that started on September 11, 2001, I get to enjoy watching those old chickens come home to roost for these ignoramuses.

They actually should but they dont have to, and the issue is if they dont ANY good defense attorney is going to use that to throw away the case before it even makes it to court. There's a reason it exists and when cops don't do it 90% of the time the defense is able to get the case thrown out or get any and all statements made during said time thrown out.

Seeing this happen across so many faces for so many reasons these last 8 months... I'm only being about 73% hyperbolic when I say the feeling it gives me is similar to cumming.

These skeevy tactics have enraged me since treyvon martin's death almost 15 years ago. I HATE this shit! It was honestly one of the first redpills that pushed me out of the left, seeing the videos online of people acting this way and all my cunt friends thinking it was brave and badass.

Their subconscious probably thinks it's harry potter, where words have literal physical influence. It's to the point where many of them seem to honestly think that make decision > thing happens is the entire process. With everything from coal mining to policing to military action so many of them seem to think all about who makes the decision or does the calculation without ever thinking about who actually does the shit.

At some point all of this stuff comes down to some guy doing something. And law enforcement officers doing shit is the very reason that 99% of this law-based society functions to begin with. And here we are, the doers have had enough of clown world and the politicians can't tell them no because they know damn well that without their doers their decision making doesn't mean jack shit the fuck all.

And you're right, you can hear it in their voice: They are confused, terrified, frustrated, insecure, nervous, and dare I say maybe even a bit relieved? Like a girlfriend shitting on her boyfriend over and over because she really wants to see that he's able to stand up for himself. She doesn't want him to be this cucked but if he is she's going to keep doing it. Maybe these faggots are thinking "wait... police actually do stand up for themselves eventually? So there IS law? Maybe I can feel safe again?!" i'm probably overthinking it and they're just retarded faggots.

I cannot imagine being this retarded. If you're so scared of the cops "infringing on rights" and want to record their "crime", why would you be borderline harassing them, making enemies for yourself for no gain? Why not record them covertly or from a distance where you're safe?

Making law enforcement hate you is never a good thing. When the stakes are high, you want them on your side.

it's still crazy to me how toothless and almost irrelevant the Democrats are now. They still don't have a unified message or even any real strategy to win back their coalition.

All they can do now is impotently whine about stuff Trump and the Republicans do but the only people that appeals to is their tiny ever shrinking base and every time they do their polling numbers hit a new all time low. I legit don't know how they recover.
Current strat is to run infinite 'brown person crying' articles to sway women's opinions, but if they can't do anything about it they just look impotent.

Left-wing messaging is stuck in a rut where establishment dems come off as weak to the base and progressives immediately purity spiral into child mutiliation and legalizing murder whenever they get a mic. The best thing they have going is demoralizing conservatives by hanging on the Epstein stuff they suddenly decided to care about after decades of blackballing anyone who brought it up.

Not anymore. The latest case I can find on the subject that supports my position :D is Howes v. Fields (2012), where SCOTUS ruled "Imprisonment alone is not enough to create a custodial situation within the meaning of Miranda." Simply being arrested isn't enough to invoke the rule -- until you begin an interrogation (i.e. asking potentially incriminating questions), you don't need to read the warning.

They've gotten pretty confident about this interpretation in recent years. You can see lots of videos of arrests now where people scream "hey! You didn't read me my Miranda rights!" and the cops just instantly respond "don't have to, we're not asking you questions" and slam the car door in their face. Plenty of those charges stick.

This makes me think of some soverign citizen videos.
One of them was from a guy who was in a jurisdiction where the police could detain you without charge, and he just kept yelling "AM I BEING DETAINED?" even as the cop answered "Yes". his brain just couldn't process his magic spell not working.

Another one in Texas who tried to do the whole "I'm a free man on the land", refusing to speak to the officer and only passing a printed out Articles of Confederation screed. The cop called in his supervisor who look one look at the document, destroyed every argument, and (talking to his fellow officer by means of telling the retard how fucked he was) "This guy got a jailhouse lawyer who told him to repeat this line and confused being more trouble than he was worth with being right. He's also probably figuring because we aren't hauling him to jail right now this piece of paper is going save him, but he doesn't realize that we can't arrest him for just sitting in a parked car even if its running. But the minute he puts that car in gear, we'll have him. The only way for him to get out of this situation is to go inside the store there and call a buddy to come out and drive him home."
Which the guy in the car promptly does. lol j/k he waits for the cops to walk away, and as soon as the car is gone from his back bumper tries to make a run for it. He doesn't get far with two texas cops on him and ready for him to be retarded.

At issue in those cases is if the person was questioned or "felt coerced" into making a statement. Otherwise, any statements made would be voluntary and Miranda not apply.
If I am a cop at a bar and Bob Sagat launches into the story of how in 1990 he raped a murdered a girl within earshot, that is admissable.
If I turn and ask him "Was that behind the 7-11 on Whipple?" anything he says after that is almost certainly inadmissible.

Does mass mobilization even work when you can carpet bomb millions of Chinamen with a jet going 5,000,000 MPH.
What bombers? Russia doesn't have a bomber fleet anymore.

Saw newspaper headline at library about that Trump and Putin meeting.

Back in the 1980s that would've been a more "normal" way to get news.

Those are the best. It really is like "magic" to them, and they just get increasingly desperate as the incantations don't dispel policio detainesto immediately. All that's missing is the wand. It's even funnier when they're actually stupid enough to take it in front of a judge. The courts have gotten so much better in recent years at dealing with this retardation that each judge has a unique reaction to it and their own "spin" on deflating the arguments (and fucking with the asshole who's wasting his time).

Yeah I remember there was a real chef kiss one, where the guy had a video of him "Destroying" the judge by doing the whole "Freeman on the land! That gold fringed flag means this is an ADMIRALTY COURT! I don't recognize your jurisdiction over me as person, you only have power over the corporation created with my name against my will by the govenrment" and walking out.

The person who posted the link then posted the follow up from the local news station where the guy was arrested by the sheriff and hauled back into court in handcuffs. He didn't "win" the arugment, the Judge was just too slow in ordering the baliff to detain him because she couldn't believe anyone was that insane.

Like I mentioned, didn't know it was also a B2, optics on point, just needs Scorpions' Rock You Like A Hurricane playing:
Same energy
Trump using his genius showman talents for the benefit of all.
Also the fact that the war ending means a ton of OSINT and cheerleader accounts is now gonna get a fraction of the viewership numbers helps too.
I was one of the first few hundred subscribers to Ryan McBeth back when he was a C# Programming channel. The war gave him 1 million subs.
I really hate this faggot
"Dude we should just bring in world leaders and immediately have them assassinated, what could go wrong?"

Imagine being such a retarded midwit
Trump Derangement Syndrome.
Lets be honest here, the US pols don't give a shit about Israel. What they do give a shit about is the very large sums of money the Jews throw to both sides to make sure Israeli interests come first.
Without the huge amount of Jewish money flowing into US politicians pockets no one in Washington would give 2 shits about Israel.
Carrot in stick, do what they want and you'll get funded, don't and we'll fund someone to primary you.
China may be spookier than Russia right now but their window to act is closing fast and they can't even take Taiwan, an isolated island that would provide inestimable value for maintaining their seat as something that matters in the long-term. They can't take it because the US won't allow it.
They haven't tried taking islands a few km away from Fujian.

The Russians beat their chest with proclamations that they can take all of Europe in a week but in reality they have never been able to do that outside of a short time period in in the 1960s until about 1975.
That's when they were united with the Ukrainians.

USA, Germany/France (placed together as the actuating organs of the EU with regards to foreign policy), Russia, Turkey, Iran, India, China, Brazil
I think that's basically correct, except for Germany/France. Europe, because of the EU and their reliance on the US for security, aren't quite there. They could be, but they'd have to divorce themselves from the US in terms of security first. Israel is actually the GAE's watchdog against Turkey and Iran to keep Oil flowing from the gulf states and to keep the Suez open, but in true Jewish fashion, they're a difficult vassal, who's been allowed to top from the bottom a bit. It's all about the petrodollar.

Tucker had a guy on talkign about that, he put forth the idea that they were just still in shock that trump won and trump was putting all these "disruptors" in positions of power. Like Kash, a guy that had been on the opposite side with the FBI fuckign with him. Tulsi in charge of DNI when they were fuckign with her. Trump has them shook, and he's taken advantage as much as he can when their pants are down.

Interesting take at least. Worth the time, if you have it.
