Think the liberals are failing or incompetent is a mistake. Both sides use weaponized incompetence to some degree. The main concern is what they use it for. The right uses it by messing up and failing to properly enforce stupid environmental laws they disagree with in order to let businesses flourish. They sometimes fail to properly enforce the tax code when it will hurt the nation's growth.
Problem being those medications are only effective while you're taking them and you'll regain weight once you go off of them if you don't change your lifestyle to make the effect last. I've even known some people who said that their cravings and appetite came back and they started regaining while taking them after a few years.
I think this is a misnomer. Its the same as how "diets" only work while you are on them. Long term weight control requires a lifestyle change not a quick fix.

The difference is that most people need a prescription to afford these drugs because they're otherwise 1000/mo. It's relevant because if you drop out of the coverage criteria you will likely have to stop them and thus will gain the weight back.
I got to be honest I think this might backfire as people who know how to spell the word "legal" get a chance to comb through the case and expose how bad of a sham it was.
Families in such vibrant communities as Memphis or Tijuana can go to the park and probably not be killed right away either so I guess there's no issue with those cities either.
This isn't true anymore though. Yes 20 years blacks mostly stayed put to prey on their own neighborhoods but now that every city in the U.S gives out free bus and subway passes to hoodrats it's becoming increasingly common for them to go terrorize the suburbs and other low crime areas.
I found the term People without housing amusing as the latest example of the need to constantly wordsmith to avoid problematic language that's subject to the latest whims.
And even then, anecdotally, I have seen enough homeless people camping in Dupont Circle when visiting DC to get my hackles up at night when walking by them. Full on tents there.

So many people blame the death of malls on Amazon and online commerce, but it was the niggers. There was a mall near where I grew up that was nice and people went there not just to buy things, but go to the food court and socialize with friends as well. Then the niggers started coming out to that particular mall, via public transit, because all the malls in their communities died. I wonder why. That mall died very quickly because the niggers started fights, stole everything, harassed store owners, left trash everywhere (even though there were bins every few feet), and ran off all the actual customers. Some hood nigger stores tried to move on selling obviously fake knock-offs of luxury items, but they died because non-niggers don't want that trash and niggers don't buy anything.
Malls are booming in large parts of the country and in Asian/Middle Eastern cities. They only died in cities where the economy collapsed or crime became unbearable.
