Its more so exposing the fact that there IS pedophiles on Roblox. Roblox knows that pedophiles are on the site but to them, it would be impossible to find and ban every single pedophile. So the easier and typical corporate bullshit is to just cover it up, and ban people like Ruben.

Corporate jews would rather have your child be groomed, raped and sexually exploited then lose investers.
 
I know this is sort of beyond the realm of what this thread is about but I'd like to get it off my chest and it provides a lot of context on what Roblox is like as a company. A little while ago I decided to delete my roblox account because I never really use it so I logged in because I thought it will be an easy enough process, you just click a few buttons, verify your email maybe and that's it. Instead I found out you have to actually email roblox support for it. Okay, seems fair, people spend money on the platform for some reason and maybe its a way to protect hacked accounts from getting deleted. So I emailed them and verified that I was in fact the owner of the account and that I wanted to delete it and I thought that would be it, but next I received an email stating:

Please note: Once a right to be forgotten request has been initiated, the data erasure is permanent and cannot be reversed. Please do not log into your account once the RtbF process has started as that will create a delay in processing your request.

Essentially the process is that you have to give them a picture of you and your id, I assume this is the process they use for verification generally, they also will just pull a lot of data from your device like your location, all of which they pinky promise to delete when they're done with the verification process with their partners or 3 years in case of a lawsuit. I implore everybody to read the privacy policy themselves since I'm no lawyer, and maybe I'm just paranoid but I would be lying if I said it doesn't seem fishy to me, especially the class action lawsuit waver.
Now I'm not giving them my id to delete an account I don't even use, so I looked it up and found out its illegal to ask for id for right to be forgotten requests in some states, I don't live in them and I didn't claim I did but I did make up some bullshit similar to it, threatened a lawsuit and all it took was 30 minutes to delete my account, I guess they didn't need my id after all.
It still wasn't a complete win since they did add this:
After having carefully assessed your right to be forgotten request, we will comply with your request and delete the data we hold about you. However, we may retain certain categories of personal data for an additional two year period, which may continue to be used in relation to the purposes for which they were collected and processed for, in order to comply with law enforcement, promote user safety, and improve child protection.

The bullshit these guys come up with, you really can't hate them enough. Especially considering the fact that it has become evident that they don't give a fuck about all of this "child protection" stuff whatsoever. Its been a week since I went through this whole rigamarole but I'm still angry.

These punks didn't figure it out, they're just piggybacking off of the Roblox Freedom Distribution project. To put it simply, it lets you host standalone Roblox games on the early 2021 engine and I've been using it as of late since it means I don't have to deal with their horrendous platform to enjoy the perks that their product provides over other game engines.
Unless they actually figured out how to self host versions beyond early 2021, all they're doing is using this man's work, using it for perversion, and taking full credit for it.
