She really has no eye for photography at all which is essential when you want to share your food with people online. She really stood over a pot of cherries as they break down into slop and thought "this would make a great picture!" You don't have to photograph the work itself bitch, you can just snap the final product - which she did, but it's just jars of jam. No picture of it spread over toast, nothing that makes it look appetizing - just pictures of the gross-looking breakdown phase and then a picture of some fuckin jars.

Letting your lawn die in summer is a pretty common Washington thing, I don't think any potential buyer would care too much (not like it isn't going to rain like a motherfucker a few months later). I still find it funny that they felt the need to fabricate a sense of normalcy.

Idk, when they bought the house the lawn was green and this time they photoshopped the entire neighborhoods grass which is weird. Looking at comps I don’t see any other listings with photoshopped grass and some lawns are much healthier looking.

I would just opt out of grass photoshopping because people are going to be disappointed to roll up and see dead grass like most people have (even though there are some very nicely landscaped comps with lots of green). You have dead grass and the house next door looks like a crackhead lives there with a hand written “black lives matter” sign in the window. If I was in the market there with that budget I’d be looking elsewhere because there are some really cute homes in cuter neighborhoods within a two mile radius.

This guy used to get a minimum of 10 million views on every Content Cop. It would be the only topic on youtube for a week, commentary channels and podcasts would be discussing it for months. People would group watch it like it was Star Wars. Bad unboxing, his self admitted lazy filler content, would get minimum 2 million views.

Now he's whatever this is.

I think he put it best himself, "rotting." Not even catastrophe anymore, just painfully slow, inevitable decay. -7 followers an hour.

He's basically the massively popular critically acclaimed indie band that everyone loved, but had a massive fall off involving a woman and probably drugs, said they hated their fans and started making nothing but garbage slop music. Then people look back at their old "good" stuff and are like, this actually wasn't even that good.
