This is really funny but that house does not look like a million dollar home. I know it's a desirable area but in my area that would be a 300-400k home. The kitchen looks nice with the large wash basin but the backyard is a total no-go for me. The stagers of the house did a good job at making it look good. I doubt it looked half as good irl when the Jomhas lived there

It’s crazy that their old house in Edmonton was much bigger than the one in Seattle. I’ve heard Edmonton’s been booming since they left so I can’t imagine there being options in their price range. Yeah, American dollars are worth more but you gotta consider conversion rates, taxes, immigration but let’s be real cuz those groceries are going to put them in tent city.
