I've been searching but is there a clear reference to when Rekieta was representing someone while banned from practice? I originally thought it was April and of course his offering advice to people like Melton but was he stupid enough to do it for real?

No, see, the problem that Nick really has is all those other people, mostly the ones who hold him up to specific standards. Before Hedonism, they were ruining his life because he couldn't tell them all to fuck off. Once he could tell them to fuck off, they started ruining his life by providing consequences to the standards he refused to meet. They will continue to ruin his life until he can get his revenge. If everyone would just sacrifice Aaron to him, he would be willing to ignore everyone else who needs punishing (until he realizes that he's still miserable once Aaron is gone and needs a new target)

at this point i completely throw out all my hopes and predictions for a proper dramatic downfall. He's fading into obscurity with a whimper, like a completely submissive defeated bitch.
